The bed was incredibly comfortable, I so appreciated the noise machine that’s on the alarm clock, and I was grateful booking staff insured I had a bathtub. Also, the hotel is so glamorous and beautiful! Lunch at Orchids at the Palms is delicious as well, I expected to see a 1920s silent movie to begin filming at any time where the staircases meet at Baal! The location of Netherlands plaza is ideal for enjoying downtown Cincinnati, as many of the cities sights, sounds, and bites are within in walking distance.

I wish the pool had been open, but that is my only disappointment. I lovely hotel that I look forward to returning to in the future!

The food was excellent, aside from an undercooked creme brulee with burnt sugar on top. I think it made me a little sick but it still tasted good, though really runny. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. All of the employees were friendly, the room service attendant in particular. He was very friendly and pleasant. The best part was the concrete walls between rooms! They really knew how to build back in the 30s. The hotel is simply stunning and I would definitely stay again. The recent room renovations managed to update without subtracting from the charm of the original decor

The Hilton charged us the current price for the room provided, as opposed to the much higher rate that the reservation was made at, and they could have imposed. Ariana, the desk clerk was very helpful and made us feel welcome. The hotel is conveniently located to other restaurants, etc., within walking distance.

The bathroom in the room was a little small and cramped, the elevators were somewhat slow (especially with such a full house). It took an unusually long time for the water in the bath faucet to provide hot water.

Both spigot handles on my bathroom sink put out warm water. I was there for a race and could not get enough cold water to fill my water bottle for the run. That being said the tub water ran hot or lukewarm. it did not last long enough for a seven minute shower. The temperature fluctuated the whole shower, too. Otherwise it was a great room. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the USB ports.

Public areas are fantastic. Wonderful atmosphere. Staff was eager and helpful. Restaurants great. Bed linens were nice.

My room was meh-drab beige looked not clean, stains on carpet. Stick-on body wash and shampoo falling off wall. Ugly chair and carpet pattern. Needs to be freshened up a lot. Hard to look clean. Parking was confusing and way more expensive than represented-I found parking a block away for 50% + less.

Classy with great architecture.

Not a lot of outlets in the room/bathroom. There was a “makeup mirror” but even my five foot nine husband struggled to see in it and it was above the toilet. There were no USB outlets, the radio had an Apple connector but it was old and broken. The valet was full and we arrived at 4:15pm.

This historic hotel is quite grand - its Art Deco stylings are really quite stunning and you really get the sense you're staying in somewhere special. The rooms were excellent - huge, comfy beds, memory foam pillows etc. Among all the grandeur, however, what really make this hotel is the staff. The front desk workers were extremely friendly and helpful, while Kelley the porter is a really special, larger-than-life character.

I had reports that the showers in other rooms weren't super-hot, but mine was fine.

Beds were very comfortable. We stayed in a queen suite, so had 2 queen beds and 2 bathrooms, which is unheard of and exceptionally useful when traveling with a teenager.

There was no fresh water in the lobby, we had to pay for it. Shopping was very limited because Saks Fifth was closed and there was nowhere else to shop downtown for a dress shirt for my teenager, so we couldn't dine at Morton's due to dress code.

The bar staff were fabulous. Loved the art deco and history. I should have gotten a handicap room, the toilet was too low for my bad knees. Bed was comfortable. Lobby had a musty basement smell. Loved the location. I was attending a concert at the Brady music hall.

Low toilet and the seat appeared to have been repainted. Was hard to get hot water. Ice machine on my floor wasn't working. Parking price was outrageous for a guest.

Right in the downtown area close to everything. Staff was very nice and accommodating I had paid for a 2 room suite and when I arrived I was in a big one room suite they made the switch to my correct room right away with no hassle. Loved the old parts still there and the shops.

The lunch and dinner menu at the hotel restaurant was just a bit too fancy. No food my kids would of wanted. And there was no microwave in the room.
