Loved the art and Public spaces. Restaurant was excellent with great service.

areas of the hotel need updated. For example, carpet in the room was frayed. Although the bedding was certainly Covid, safe with the double sheets in a blanket if you want to sleep with the room cool this was not enough to keep you comfortable. I wish there had been a duvet with a cover that was changed. we had a suite with a large extra room and sectional and dining table. Refrigerator was not stocked with any amenities to purchase and there was no microwave.

Perfect location to bars and restaurants! It was a short walk to the river. The beds were comfortable, walking around the gallery was great, and the rooms service Opera Cake was perfect!

The only let down was that I wanted tot ray a cinnamon roll and French press from the restaurant inside but it was closed for Memorial Day and we didn’t see any signs, but it was a short walk to the original Taste of Belgium and we got some goetta so not a huge deal.

Loved the location of the hotel. We were able to walk to restaurants and other attractions in minutes. The style of the hotel was fantastic. The room was attractive, comfortable and we loved the bathroom (set up, decor, etc).

We generally loved our stay so these are little thing that could have been better. 1- The shower temperature ran very hot- we had to have less water pressure to keep the temperature down. 2- the air conditioner was very loud. 3- Our room overlooked a dark alley of sorts (basically an air shaft made in the middle of the surrounding tall buildings)- so there was virtually no natural light.

The art work is amazing. I felt like a rich person walking through. Everything was very up-to-date and modern. Close by a lot of bars and restaurants. A 15-minutes walk from the sport stadiums. Not a lot of street parking, but there is self and valet parking.

The only thing I recommend is to complete a maintenance check on the charging ports/lights/clocks to see if they are working, periodically. Luckily, I had a portable charger because the additional charging ports were not working and I did not have a charging block to plug in the wall. The ports would have been useful if they worked, but other than that, the hotel/museum is worth it. I definitely will stay here again, when I come back to Cincinnati.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. Interesting art displayed throughout the hotel. Room was upgraded to a well appointed and spacious suite. We will definitely stay again.

Valet parking isn't off the street. There wasn't always space in front of the hotel to valet which resulted in being in traffic trying to exit the vehicle with kids.

1) Breakfast was delicious. Maybe consider a buffet as well. 2) THANKS FOR BEING DOG FRIENDLY! I'll have to come back with my fur baby.

1) Please consider opening the restaurant an hour early. I was really hungry and didn't have reservations for anything nearby. I also didn't want "snacks" like chips, etc. 2) The hotel ran out of bottled water one night which was not ideal for me. I wasn't feeling well and really needed it.

The location was great! There were lots of places within walking distance. The hotel itself was really cool and unlike any place that I've stayed before. Having an art museum in your hotel is a pretty cool amenity. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Overall a pretty great experience.

There is not a lot that we didn't like. The only thing that was a little confusing was the parking. The website really didn't mention anything about it and the hotel is on a busy street it was hard to figure out if there was street parking, a lot or if it was valet only.

As a designer, where I stay affects my ability to create. I appreciate the architecture, the attention to detail in the modern restoration of the building, and I especially appreciate the traveling exhibits- as well as 21C’s unique ability to create a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere while constantly inspiring a new perspective. A favorite in the city!

That I couldn’t stay longer

I love 21c hotels for the art and the Cincinnati location did not disappoint. The room was larger than other 21c's we've stayed in which made for great comfort. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

It was difficult to find my reservation because my name was listed as Robertson Tracy. Really not that big of a deal except in the moment.

Loved the museum, the bedding was amazingly comfortable. The staff very friendly and attentive. The spa was great. Barbara and Desiree were fantastic.

The toilet ran the whole time we were there even though we reported it on day 1. The outside of the windows are in desperate need of cleaning.
