Clerk behind the front desk was effervescence friendly knowledgeable always willing to help, whi h was great for me, I cannot say enough kind words about her. She alone would make me return to this hotel
Breakfast area way to small. Oatmeal had too much water amenities portions were too small (raisens nuts etcera) adding them to my oatmeal I used what little was there and slow to replenish. The hotel could have done minimal cleaning daily (emptrazh make beds) Location was aittle remote and hard to locate not walking distance to restaurants

Location was convenient for us. Close to good restaurants and places that we want to go see.
Breakfast was ok but don't know that I will do it again. the muffin was dry and chewy. had set for some time. like a fresher breakfast.

Fire alarms were very sensitive while we were doing our hair but the staff and maintenance man were understanding and very nice. We felt bad every time it started to go off.

The comfort once I actually got everything straight
The fact that booking.com did not book me at the hotel for the room I actually purchased. Then when I called the customer service line with booking.com I was charged more fee than I originally purchased through the site for the exact room I paid for online.

I had to go to the front desk for more coffee, towels and wash rags. NEVER saw house keeping. Trash bags sitting outside others doors for multiple days. Possibly short handed
