I liked the location. I liked that Maintenance responded almost immediately when told that the shower water was not getting very hot. Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts, Jimmy John’s and Little Caesars in the courtyard of the property and within walking distance. Good buffet, Juicy Crab. Many other food places nearby and Walgreens. Manager was nice enough to waive early check in fee after a very long trip.

I didn’t like that the decor was a bit dated and you had to collect a plunger from the front desk, to unclog your own toilet. The carpet in our room was stained and dirty. Even after putting our room down for daily cleaning, they never showed up.

The location is great. I have been staying here for many years as I travel to and from my parents home in Iowa.

We were always able to use a coupon from the Interstate hotels/motels booklet to make it affordable for us to stay. For the past few years, you have not been participating in the coupons... making it not as affordable for us. In fact, a few times, we have had to stay down the road from you because they were half the price you are charging.

The beds were very comfortable. Loved the kind bed!~ especially that it was a little lower and easy to get on it. Often beds seem to be a bit to high and we have to climb into bed. We called for the sheets and blanket for the sofa bed and they arrived within a couple minutes. The staff that checked us in were friendly. The breakfast was really good with a good selection to pick from. It was nice to have a larger dining area to eat in. Most hotels don't have a lot of seating available for breakfast. So this was nice. The pool was big and the water was perfect!

We don't drink coffee, and it was a cooler day. It would have been nice to have cocoa packets available to make cocoa. The bathtub in our room looked worn, especially the outside of it.

The number of recent scathing reviews was discouraging, but there were also a number of glowing recent reviews too, so we took a chance on this hotel. I can say happily that the room was very clean (I have high standards), the pool was great (I have 3 kids under 10), and the place felt safe. No smells of recreational drugs wafting through the halls either. The staff was friendly and helpful, despite being super busy (we booked the last king-sized bed w/ pull-out couch available that night, and the place was clearly hopping with guests). Very pleased.

The hot tub was being redone, but that was the only downside. It was mostly a small thing - we were driving cross country, and every hotel we stayed at did not have a working hot tub/sauna - I suspect now is a post-Covid renovation time.

The room was large in size and clean. The staff was friendly and there was even breakfast in the morning which we were not expecting. The shower was warm with a steady, strong stream which was very nice.

The room stunk like old musty cigarettes which my partner doesn’t mind but I hate. Got a little nose bind to it after awhile which was fine. Otherwise really no complaints. Everything was great :)

We were there for a concert. I thought the fact that they had a 2 night minimum stay for was somewhat of a ripoff. I just needed to stay Saturday night. However, b/c it was a concert/event weekend; I had to stay 2 nights mandatory, and had to pay double for the room. So I literally paid what I would have paid for a 4 night stay on a regular week for a 2 night stay on this particular weekend. There should really be a rule against this type of gauging. It should be unlawful to do this.

The fact that I had to stay 2 night obligated even though I just need 1 night b/c the hotel had a 2 night minimum stay rule b/c of the even that was in town that weekend.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had decent options. The room was cleaned well and had been restocked well.

The room looked to be built poorly with a lot of improperly fitting tiles and trim. Around the room there was slight damage and stains. No lights close to the door when first entering. The air conditioner was so loud I had to turn it off while sleeping.

Location to all roads, proximity to food, leisure, Notre Dame, and downtown. Very spacious suite for weary traveler. Comfortable mattress and sitting area.

I enjoy relaxing to read and watch tv, so the sitting space was nice. The channel selection and poor flatscreen definition can be much better. The toiletries and towels can be better.

Breakfast was delicious and it had a variety of food to choose from. Room was big and comfortable to walk around with 5 in the room. Service from staff was friendly, helpful and nice to see them smile. The front desk allowed us to check out by 12 since it took us longer than expected to be ready to check out.

The room was cold when we walked in. It took a while for it to warm up. Also, the pool room was freezing!! It could have been a bit warmer. My baby & 6 year old were to cold to stay longer in the pool. I was even cold as getting out the pool and stepping on freezing floor. We got a bit of a cold after.

I stayed for a whole week and it was super quiet room was always clean the staff was super friendly and helpful

The breakfast options was my only disappointment but there's a Starbucks right by their side.
