Caught the blue line from O'Hare down to as close as we could get to the hotel. Had to walk the rest, or you can hail a cab or call an Uber. If you're good with your phone maps, you'll find your way easy enough. Don't confuse drive for place as they are both Wacker. Eat check in. Staff was phenomenal, friendly, and, most part, knowledgeable. Evening bartender super friendly. They have breakfast for an extra cost, believe it was $24. They have a small restaurant/bar onsite. Evening bartender was super friendly and great. Bar closes early, 10 pm. Room was clean, plenty of towels and bathroom necessities, hair dryer, fridge, microwave, ample pillows, bed was comfy. View from our room wasn't great but we don't travel to spend time in the room so didn't matter. As check out is early, we left our bags up front free of charge, so we could spend one last day doing stuff. It was an added bonus to be able to that and the staff had no issues with it. Staff was phenomenal! Son liked the revolving door....fascination. Close to riverwalk, busses and trains.
Bed felt and looked smaller than a king. View from the room wasn't great....ha! Only kidding (well, not really the bed, didn't look to be a king), as said, we don't travel to spend time in the room.

Bed very comfortable, our room did have a partial view to river which was nice, room was newly remodeled and clean. Staff was very friendly. Had a restuarant to get hot breakfast which was pretty average but was convient with no wait which on a weekend in Chicago is a plus when time is limited. Great location near river, close to Millineum Park and can get to major train lines within a few blocks. Decent price for downtown Chicago location.
Self park with Hotel discount system was not working so went valet but that was expensive just under $80/night. Noticed a public lot accross street and self parking on own is probably are much more economical option but I did not take time to price it out.

Room was small but nice, it had a microwave, fridge and a coffee machine which was nice and really useful. Room was clean and all the front desk staff were really helpful with anything that we needed. The location is great, in the middle of all the main areas close to transport and lots of bars, restaurants and
The air con unit was loud and we had to turn it off at night, the bar/restaurant area isn't very big and is just part of the reception area. As in other reviews we were woken up early on Saturday morning by people banging drums and protesting about the hotel.

The location was great. And I believe I paid for that. The hotel was clean and comfortable. An American breakfast was included by ordering from the menu but you are not allowed to eat anything from the continental buffet breakfast available in the breakfast area. INternet was slow and did not work well.

Everything for the most part was great. We flew in early and was able to check in early. I do think that all guest that are spending that type of money should have complimentary breakfast. On Saturday night after getting in from the cold the HOT WATER was off, so we wasn't able to take a hot shower that night. But I didn't make it a big deal because I was so tired from walking, but overall it still was a great stay and in a great location for walking adventures.
For the most part it wasn't much I didn't like. Complimentary breakfast should come with all guest because of the pricing. This is not a bad review just suggestion.

I booked this hotel on booking.com for a two-day trip to Chicago and it was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed. Location: It is perfect. Close to Millennium station ( 3min walk), Millennium park, Michigan Avenue, and public transportation. Staff: Super helpful and friendly. They have a motto as "if you are not satisfied with something, let is know and we will make it right for you. 100 guaranteed". I can say that they really try their best to satisfy their guests. Room: Our room had microwave which was really useful. My mom eats certain type of food and those restaurants that provide these foods were not close. So, we bought food and put it in the refrigerator. The microwave enabled us to eat hot foods. The bed was so comfy (king). We asked for extra blanket and they kindly provided to us. The housekeeper did a great job to clean our room, put tea, coffee, and other stuff. Water pressure in the bathroom was great.
Breakfast: The continental breakfast was OK but not great. However, you can order breakfast from the restaurant as well.

Location was fantastic. Bed was comfortable. Room size suited our needs
Although the room was a good size, the chair for the desk had to be moved in order to avoid hitting your knee on the corner of the bed. Also it took a long time for the water to get hot enough to have a comfortable shower

Centrally located. Quick walk to downtown and a number of restaurants and shopping options. Reasonable sized room for 3 adults. No issues checking in late at night and storing a number of luggage while we roamed the city prior to a late departure to the airport.
Hotel sign/entrance isn't well lit at night, making it easy for an Uber/Lyft driver to miss if they are not familiar with the location and/or hotel. Unfortunately, cost for the hotel room was on the higher end for the value.

The location is excellent. The bathroom and the bed are top tier. Staff is friendly.
Arrived a day after due to a delayed flight. Upon check-in, the front desk told me that they moved my booking to a day ahead so that I keep the same number of nights. One day before the check-out, I was ask to check out... After some talking, they decided to keep me one more night free of charge but I preferred to find another place. There was only one elevator working for the whole week.
