Location to Covington town square. Comfy bed. Nice shower. I really like that they do not have carpet. And you couldn’t lose stuff under the bed. They were in the middle of remodeling, some people may be bothered by this. But no construction noise or disturbances during our stay. No complaints here. We slept late every morning so did not utilize daily room cleaning. If we needed towels or something, we just went to the front desk and asked for some. Not an issue at all for us.
Not really a dislike but they are in the middle of remodeling. It didn’t effect us. Our room was supposed to have a couch but guess they had not gotten one put in yet. This did not affect us. Our time spent in the room was showering and sleeping. Mostly out roaming the town. All hotels need bigger trash cans in the room, the tiny ones all hotels provide do not hold very much.

Staff was nice Very friendly rooms were clean and I loved that it didn't have any carpet that's a big plus for me
No elevator room door shaked it was loose but I always carry a travel lock for my peace of mind there was a couch in the room that didn't look clean room door was out side not in side but all and all very nice place I would stay there again

It was fairly nice, there were certain things that were extremely dirty but I went ahead and cleaned the room myself! The staff was SO kind and very accommodating!
The location, it’s very loud, right beside the road. (When I say that plz don’t think I’m exaggerating because I promise it’s RIGHT beside the road!) the cleanliness could’ve been better as well.

The temperature outside got really chilly and there was quite a bit of space between the door and the door frame which let the cold air drafts come right into the room. Other than that, it was a nice stay.
