The free breakfast, the fact that the front doors locked after 10pm at night so only key holders can enter. The location, the staff, the overall hotel was very clean, and the size of the rooms were spacious. Also, I liked the idea that the shower is separate from the sink area, so one person can shower, while another gets ready.

The curtains were stained, they could use a wash, aswell as the pillows on the couches. But that’s the only con I found at this hotel, and that was the least of my worries honestly.

The energy, and friendliness of staff! The room was immaculate!! Neutrogena products were a big plus!!!

I prepaid with Booking.com . I was charged again upon arrival. There was definitely a breakdown in communication somewhere and I assumed it was Booking.com because I requested a room with an actual tub BUT Once I got in my room it was so nice I didn't want anything but to shower and get in the bed! I knew the charges would be resolved upon check out! It's happened before when booking. The friendliness of the staff made it easy to trust it would be resolved without issues!! Upon checkout I turned in my room keys and was greeted with another warm smile, an apology and a resolution! I am grateful !

What I didn’t like was the people above me staying up and allowing their kids to keep noise going from 7pm to 12:14 am. Your staff was wonderful. Every time I called the desk they sent someone up to check on it. The second time the noise stopped and I was able to get some sleep.

Very clean. Newly remodeled. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff and team. You felt like they really cared about you.

Scary story but good ending, my handicap husband got stuck in bathroom. The door locked from outside on its own and he couldn't get out for 15 min. I called housekeeping and an adorable young lady came with a stool and screw driver. Stool to reach at top of door and screw driver to adjust the little click on the barn -style door. Thank God they were quick to help.

Location was perfect for whatever you need from food, gas, restaurants, clothing, and easy to get to loved ones home and to the venues for the weekend. Easy to get to airport several different ways, etc

Needed a little more light in our room, but no complaints about it. We managed

Cleaning staff did not understand what I wanted. We were there 4 days when I asked for hand soap refill, nodded of but never did it. Asked for additional role of tissue did not leave in room as asked.

Room was clean and all of the staff were wonderful! Appreciated that they were there on Christmas so I could be with my family.

Covid made services to room more difficult. If I wanted my linens changed I had to book it the day before. At $145 a day in this area my expectations were high.

The room was so clean! and we had an extra blanket in the closet; even the hair dryer was tucked away neatly in its own bag rather than hanging on a hook.

If we were able to change the settings on the shower head, as it seemed like we could, it was too hard to twist, so that was disappointing. Also the photos made it seem like a tub was in the king rooms, but we had to switch to a queen to get one and those beds are definitely not queen size — they’re full size at best. Our room had no garbage bags.. but we purchased stuff from a store and used those. Also, $4 for a bottle of water is ridiculous.. considering it’s an hour drive from the airport, I expected it to be slightly less pricey, but luckily there are lots of stores nearby.

Good breakfast. Ate it everyday. But none of fruit was very fresh.

Noise above my room. Noisy children. I asked housekeeping to empty my trash. They never did

The breakfast was wonderful!Hotel was very clean.Me and my family have stayed there before.Staff was very nice.When we visit that part of Ga we will always stay there.

I liked everything and was well pleased.
