Holiday Inn Express & Suites Covington, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast was good and had lots of options. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice hotel and looked new or recently renovated. I would recommend and stay again in the future.

We used booking.com and booked a room with 2 queen beds. However, when we got to the hotel they told us all the rooms with 2 queen beds were booked.They gave us a handicapped room with a king bed and sofa bed. I was disappointed with this because I paid extra to have 2 queen beds. The hotel said they couldn't help because I used a 3rd party service instead of booking directly with them.

The location of the hotel was very easily accessible. The breakfast was convenient and the food tasted great!

The only grow would be that when we entered our room it was hot as the AC was not on (it was very hot and humid outside) so the room smelled like mold and mildew. The room was clean, but the smell was not pleasant. It got better as the room had air circulating, but it never went away.

The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom had nice counter space and the water pressure and shower head were really nice.

It was located just off Interstate 20 which is great if you're just driving through, but we were there to spend time at the square downtown which was about 2 miles away so it wasn't within walking distance.

The employees absolutely made this stay! Every person at the front desk was so friendly and helpful with tips around the town, specifically Victoria and Punat(I hope I spelled that right). This was the best hotel I've stayed in, so far! The rooms were nice and clean, the staff was nice, the location was perfect for what we needed, and the breakfast was good too!

The only thing I complained about during my stay was that the bathroom door in the room was a sliding door, and it didn't seem to close all the way. I constantly felt like I was exposed in the bathroom. Not enough of a reason to not visit again, though!

Very clean, the beds were SUPER comfortable. We were there to see The Vampire Diaries Location and it was very close to where we wanted to visit

the property was clean and well lit. my favorite part was the customer service we received from your employee Sarah. Her hospitality is unmatched. I felt like everytime I walked into the lobby and she was there, she greeted me like an old friend.

the toilet paper is my only complaint - it’s thin!

Liked the location was easy locating places we wanted to see. Staff was very helpful with information. Was quiet and people very friendly. We did not eat breakfast there so cannot judge on this.

I like the location of the property.

the pool is too small. The bed and pillows are too soft. The Tv channels are worthless. I didn’t like the slide door to the bathroom. The rooms are too small.

The location was perfect! It’s close to everything. The staff was absolutely wonderful! Very friendly.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
