Staybridge Suites Denver - Central Park, an IHG Hotel

We paid for "1 room with two queen beds" but they put us in a suite that had essentially a main room with the kitchen and couch that separated two bedrooms, one with two queen beds and another with a single bed. This was amazing and perfect for our family with three kids and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Full size fridge with freezer was great for ice for water bottles, and it even had a dishwasher, which we did use. Even better was that they had laundry facilities for free, which my wife loved on our 6 night stay. The included breakfasts were very good with a little bit of rotation on bacon, sausage links, patties, and egg styles. The waffle maker was a real hit with the kids. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again for our Denver trips! Oh yeah, the pool was great too - kids loved it.

Only a very minor gripe: the trash wasn't emptied in our room for a few days and we had to put the bag outside our room to be picked up.

Excellent hotel. wonderful staff. Clean, spacious rooms. Fresh bed linen. Kitchenette, large refrigerator. Large parking lot. Excellent breakfast with a good selection of fruits and drinks.

1. Very noisy. Our room was 209, we heard noise from the road and Highway 70 all night, and the noise of trucks parking next to the hotel. There was probably some kind of technical room under our room, so the walls and floor were vibrating, and it was terrible. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy, even though it is brand new. The mattress was too soft, but that's personal preference.

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly, location was good. I like value and feel like we got a great value. Late night milk shakes from the Five Guys across the street was a plus. We could just walk too. Oh, not a lot of noise. Even though our room was by the stairwell, it was quiet.

Bed wasn't terribly comfortable. Thermostat for AC had too wide a range for stop/start. I would wake up hot and then AC would kick on. It would cool to the set temperature and then not kick back on until it was noticeably warmer.

the hotel was AWESOME. great value for the price. full buffet breakfast, indoor heated pool(although it wasn’t fully working while we were there) huge suite with full fridge, dish washer and stove! they do take an extra 75 when you check in for incidentals but that’s normal for a lot of places. it was located 17 minutes from meow wolf and 4 minutes from the mall. the area is super safe and they have security on site. they text you and let you know service is available 24/7 (which was so cool) the only downside was that they didn’t have a smart TV and the pool wasn’t as warm as it could have been. Staff was GREAT! we actually ended having to leave early this am due to a family emergency but all in all it was AWESOME. I’ll be staying there again on our next trip

Great location near restaurants, theater, shopping and only ten minutes from popular places like the zoo, aquarium, and art district. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the social event hosted by Joseph. The breakfast was fresh, hot and catered to all tastes and diets. It was a real help having the pantry and free laundry onsite too.

Not enough plates or utensils for five guests. It would be helpful to have a skillet, salt and pepper pouches in the kitchen. Drawers in sleeping area kept sliding open and would not stay closed.

My sons and I appreciated the large suite with comfortable beds and the full kitchen. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great. I appreciated that they even had cranberry juice. Mia at the front desk was wonderful. She helped with any problem. The sofa bed frame was bent so we got a cot. All of us enjoyed our stay.

Great location, complimentary breakfast, great rooms.

The hotel needs to put up signs on food limit. The clientele while I stayed was over piling plates, leaving dirty plates on the table. I felt bad for the attendant.

Very comfortable well designed hotel with a lovely welcoming atmosphere. Room was well equipped & included a small kitchen area.

The first room we were given was right next to the lift which makes an annoying electronic noise every time the doors opened - we asked to move and were quickly given a quieter room.

The staff were terrific, the beds and pillows were so comfortable and the room was very clean. I especially liked the afternoon get-togethers with food and drink provided - what a lovely idea! It created a nice friendly atmosphere I liked the whole "vibe" of this hotel

I loved everything!

Everything was fine, the employees, facilities, location, amenities, breakfast, pool and parking lot. I will like to return again in my next opportunity.

I couldn't find an ice machine in the hotel. But I used the ice machine in the freezer in my room. So, all was great!
