Loved the front desk staff. Imani? I believe made our whole trip. Made sure after our long trip we got to stay on the first floor. It was a very nice stay. Also the cookies were so freaking good. Keep them up! Will be doing doubletree next year too!
Unfortunately due to repairing the hotel the pool was down the whole stay. Thankfully my kids weren't with me this time.

I loved how the staff constantly checked on us and helped us if we needed it. It was central location for shopping and eating out as needed through our stay.
It felt like there weren't enough parking spaces for large events that made it difficult at times to park.

No free breakfast. Staff was young. When we arrived we stood in front of the desk while the young ladies finished their conversation which was not about work. Then when we asked about free breakfast we were told no angrily. Didn't have a chance to let them know had paid with our package. We had 3 rooms reserved.

I loved everything about it location, staff, warm cookies, comfort of room. I read some reviews, and I dont agree with rough statements, this is double tree and not Marriot. Pleased with my 4 night stay and would definetly stay again.
The fact that I had to schedule cleaning services 24 hrs ahead.

Being charged $12/day for overnight parking, because of the crime in the area with many homeless and location near the freeway exit. Motel hired security, so they added $60 to my bill. Saw nothing of charges when booking.

The fact they charge more on parking than what was stated. Check in process was not welcoming. We came in with a lot of gear and they did not “find” any trolley. Overall the front desk staff were not nice (mornings and evening)

Rooms aren’t the biggest for $200 but the hotel itself especially the lobby is beautiful. The parking lot encircling the hotel is huge with plenty of space. The best quality, or rather one of many, about this hotel is the staff. From housekeeping to front desk to security, every single interaction I had was immensely warm, helpful, and professional. Kind of like if you were talking to a good friend but at a work event. They were very genuine and as a frequent guest at a variety of hotels, the staff here has been the best, by far, and I don’t necessarily have many complaints about other places. I really appreciate the staff here and management is doing great for creating that atmosphere. Thank you so much!
