Breakfast was good except that when we wanted to eat at 8:15 am, there were no cinnamon rolls to be found. -cleaning staff was mopping floors in general walkway during breakfast (high traffic area).

Very loud street noise (side street); maybe better insulated windows on that side of the building. Heard someone’s car alarm go off for 15 minutes right outside my room. Floors are thin. Stayed on 3rd floor; people above me were running a marathon most of the late afternoon/evening. Sounded like elephants. Floor insulation could be much better.

Everything perfect, until it had a lot of shampoo not like others that one has to carry to be able to bathe well, nice place.

The plugins for the blow dryer was not working your refrigerator was not working I had to go twice to the front desk to see if they could send somebody to fix the refrigerator and they said they were gonna sit one in at 8 o'clock and I guess the maintenance guy left at 7 so they had to go the next day to bring another refrigerator

That the front desk people does not have any communications when the maintenance arrived and when he leaves so And they didn't have any trash bags in the room

The breakfast was outstanding. The rooms were nice, fair size, good bedding and clean but with no microwave. The lobby seemed a bit small, dark and crowded. The narrow hall leading to the elevator is small enough for only one person. The area for this hotel seemed odd for a Hampton. Outstanding staff.

The odd parking. Just four spaces facing the front of the hotel. Eight spaces facing the side and a bunch of spaces to the rear some covered by massive tractor without their trailers. These led to a shady side of the street. Not bueno.

Nice place, went for the Rockies game. Easy access to the ballpark. Good breakfast in the morning.

It was pricey. They add a $50 deposit to your card, yes your supposed to get it back. When you look for a place the price always looks good until you get to your actual date you want to stay. I hate that they jack up prices on the weekends or when special events are in town.

I liked the location of the property. I had never been to Denver before, so being hardly any traffic in the area, I didn’t feel overwhelmed with getting to & from the property.

Breakfast was good. New towels were nice but not needed.

Holiday inn did not have my booking dates reserved in their system. They had to accommodate me with their last room which had 2 queen beds vs the king bed I thought I reserved. Very frustrating.

The room was very nice and clean!! Breakfast was always good and plenty to choose from. The staff was courteous and helpful! We really enjoyed the gal that worked the breakfast area during our stay from 9/4-9/6. She was exceptionally nice and made sure we were taken care of and had what we needed or wanted.

Nothing. Everything was truly wonderful!

The breakfast is amazing and I really liked the cook as she greeted us and asked if everything was ok! Excellent employee really made us feel welcomed!

We never have anything to complain about! Sometimes stay fees are outrageous, this time was ok!
