The location was nice (near restaurants, bus stops, and a park). The staff was nice and helpful, and the hotel was beautiful. I loved how they used bulk products in the bathroom which really helps the environment. The rooms were also spacious and clean.

It is a bit far from the city center (at least 30min by bus), but it's nice to see the suburbs and outer parts of Denver. Other than that, it was great!

Very nice property, very comfortable and modern rooms.

Parking could be iffy unless you wanted to park in the parking garage below but the one time we did there was a car club meeting or something (it looked like something out of a lot budget fast and the furious knockoff) and breakfast was not included, extra charge that was honestly more pricy than the much better restaurants around there.

Bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice. Great location restaurants close by that were very good. Cherry Creek is very convenient. We went to the National Jewish hospital for a Dr appointment it's very close.

Home less population is bad in Denver, but this is all over. It was still around but less in this area.

The best thing about this hotel was the friendly staff! The location in Cherry Creek was a perfect location near interstate but not too close to hear. Many restaurants close by. Great view of the mountains from my room.

A full parking lot would be nice.

The views of the mountains was awesome!! The hot tube was the best!! The room was big and the bed very comfortable. They have a Loundry machine 24 hours!! They have a Gum too!!!

The room to work out was so cold, lots of customers said the same. The water of the big swimming pool have to be more warm!!! And you have to make an appointment if you want the housekeeper clean the room and sometimes i forget!

Great location for the things we needed to do. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well as the service. The front desk staff were very helpful.

I was charged more than my Booking.com quote but they gave me the credit. One point off for bad billing. The bed could have been a little better

Parking was easy, the staff was friendly, and the check in/check out process was fast. The room was clean, the bed was perfect, and the building was very quiet. It is close to so many wonderful restaurants and attractions. I highly recommend staying here!

Great kiosk on site. Room was impressively clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make every guest feel like a familiar Guest.

I have allergies and was distressed about the lack of availability of hypoallergenic pillows. Feather pillows aren’t good for people with allergies. Staff didn’t seem to care at all. Thought there should have been at least one complimentary bottle of water in the room, and a greater supply of coffee and tea supplies if they knew the patron was staying more than two nights.
