Breakfast was very good. Pool, hot tub, and fitness room were above average. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Location felt a bit removed from the nicer parts of downtown (if there even is such a thing). The walk from Union Station was very long since we were hauling suitcases. While there is nothing that the hotel can do about it, travelers should know that homeless people (often clearly under the influence of drugs) are everywhere downtown and sometimes aggressive. The hotel was safe, but right outside our window we saw drugged out homeless people shuffling about, bent over, or laying prone on the sidewalk. Unfortunately, Denver has become "a homeless city with a tourist problem."

Amazing continental breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. It was such a relief to get a pack n play for our baby and not have to travel with one. The room was perfect for our stay with 5 of us plus all of our luggage, stroller, car seats, etc. The pool wasn’t anything super special, but it was warm, entertained the kids, and the hot tub felt great. The kitchen in the room (particularly the full size fridge) was perfect to use when we werent able to leave to go get food. It was clean and the beds and bedding was super comfortable!

The convince to the Denver Convention Center for that event. Have stayed there for past events. The rooms and property are excellent and always clean.

Need to better train your new front desk clerks. The new person working there double charged one of my credit cards for parking and could not provide answers about other charges that were later corrected, although this was corrected before my husband checked out. Also need to state on your web site and on booking.com that there is a $120 charge for "incidentals" needed at the time of check in. When I was there for Pride 2019, this was not charged.

We liked the food and location.

The staff was a little preoccupied with other staff, rather then paying attention to guest when we checked in. The rooms were smaller then expected. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable with no extra pillows or blankets. The room was a little smelly and had some damages, which I reported to the front desk. Because I don't want it to come out of my deposit.

Great Breakfast and wonderful staff. The pool was an added bonus. We stayed for 2 weeks and the staff was phenomenal. We had and got everything we need in a timely fashion and we were treated with the utmost respect. My husband was in a wheelchair and the staff helped us to navigate everything for his needs.

Good value for money hotel, good breakfast, great location. I gave one star to the staff because there is no feedback on my parking issue, but I want to note the staff does everything for 5 points, I mean, they fulfill your requests to bring something. in the room or breakfast in the dining room, all this is impeccable!

The hotel has a very small parking lot, I only parked my car for one night, but the hotel took money from the card for 3 nights, tried to return the money, they just ignore the messages. Check your account on the spot when you check out of the hotel.

the breakfast uses disposable non- recyclable utensils, plates and cups. they could either switch to recyclable or just normal utensils and plates and cups. Breakfast was great but it would use some veggies such as tomatoes or mushrooms, to be excellent

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast great and the service better even when it was grab and go due Covid the workers make sure you have the best service and a huge variety of delicious food, the location is great walking distance to everything in downtown, the rooms very well equipped with a cook stove plates silverware glasses, a real size refrigerator etc., free laundry room in the building, flexible parking choices, even a kind convenience store in the lobby expensive but well stocked, so if you don’t want to leave the Hotel and you are willing to pay the price this is a good choice. it was a great value for my money

Absolutely nothing , everything here exceeded my expectations. A wonderful relaxing experience! The staff was amazing and so professional. The room was amazing. You get an entire mini apartment with everything you could possibly need

We really like the property very much especially the kitchen. There is full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher machine plates and utensils. The room is spacious and looked clean at first glance until we’re using the shower. There were hairs Elon the bathtub, the bathroom wall and on top of the toilet tank look like someone did some shaving and left the small pieces of hair on it. We did enjoy the indoor heated pool and hot tub very much.

Like I mentioned above that we found a bunch of hairs on the bathtub and on the bathroom wall.
