I always love staying at the Warwick because it is close to areas I like to walk to. I feel safe walking my dog in the area as well. The staff are always so pleasant and accommodating. The valet parking is super speedy! I love the size of the room I booked and that I had a private balcony.

I have to say I was a little disappointed in the room in regards to the upkeep. Not the bed or furniture (housekeeping was fabulous) but the paint was peeling off the ceiling and door jams that lead to the balconies which made for paint chips all over the carpet every time I opened the doors. I also think they need to peel all the old caulk out of the showers/tub areas and re apply.

We tried to use Room Service one day for breakfast, but they were short staffed and couldn’t accommodate so my kiddo was bummed. So we headed down to the restaurant instead and ended up having a really nice breakfast. We also had dinner one evening at Gattara (on site restaurant) and it was really good. Restaurant is great for both kiddos and adults. Pool is amazing - on the rooftop with gorgeous views of downtown and greater Denver. Super bright, but you’re a mile closer to the sun here so it’s expected. 😁 Ezra the pool bar manager accepted the vouchers we got for drinks from the bar for each day, which was awesome. And they had a menu that was delivered to the pool. Room had a fridge. While there were convenience items in there, there was still a fair amount of room for our personally purchased drinks and such. Massive walk in closet, large bathroom, and the room is oversized compared to a standard hotel room. All in all - tons of space.

There was no self park option, which wasn’t mentioned on the website. But the valet was probably the least expensive of any of the downtown/uptown hotels we looked at and very responsive. We never had to wait for our car if we called before heading down. The room also only had full size/double beds. We knew that going in, but there is the space for queens. Fulls just get a little tight w a family of 4, but the rooms are much bigger than a standard hotel room and that kinda makes up for it.

Absolute perfect hotel. The rooms are gigantic (actually too large for what is needed), but this is normal for Denver standards. My room had a large balcony, was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The gym and pool are a very nice addition. I received some vouchers for a drink at the hotel restaurant for dinner, a simple guesture that makes the difference. The area the hotel is located in seems to be still developing. It's close enough to the center to walk over, and still very quiet.

Be aware that you need to pay a security deposit for each night you stay over. It might be advertised on the website, but I'm not sure. This is normal for Denver, but was a surprise to me. The rooms are really very big. I would've liked the option for a smaller room at a lower rate. Room rates are the highest I have ever seen anywhere. Again, not abnormal for Denver, there is hardly any option in the city for a smaller room at better prices.

I can't comment on the Holiday Inn experience, but I can definitely express how much I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My parents and I regret not choosing this place from the start; the pool was a highlight of their trip, providing a fantastic and relaxing time. The rooms felt more like spacious 1-bedroom apartments, and the enormous balcony added a delightful touch to the overall experience. The lobby and hallways were stunningly designed, leaving a lasting impression of the hotel's aesthetic appeal. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

Everything was great!

The staff was incredible, the restaurant was great, valets were superbly friendly and professional. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean.

Hallways are very loud, and there is little one can do to dampen the noise of the loud conversation and heavy doors opening and closing at all hours of the night. Maybe I'm just old and out of touch, but being woken by the sounds of slaming doors and party girls screaming and laughing in the hallway all night just isn't my bag when I'm trying to sleep. We were also woken by music playing at full volume blairing from a neighboring hotel room at 4am, and it put a damper on what would have otherwise been a delightful stay.

They had a bar downstairs &’ a bar &’ pool rooftop as well.

They leave snacks &’ drinks in the room and don’t mention you have to pay for them , I literally had to look for the paper that mentions all the prices . Thankfully I didn’t open anything, I was so close to drinking the Fiji water. Also we couldn’t find parking we had to pay for parking somewhere beside the hotel, EVERYTIME we would leave &’ come back we would have to pay. Until the day of check out we asked about the vallet, and turned out it was free . We never had no idea nor when I booked online or checking in did they mention it.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Less than 10 mins to 16th Street Mall. We travelled with family and the nice receptionist got our rooms right across the hall from each other which was amazing! Bed was so comfy! Pool area was so nice too! Cocktails at the pool were fantastic! Restaurant at the hotel was outstanding!

Our room overlooked a street of homeless people’s tents. We had to pay for parking even as as hotel guests.

the rooms were large and beds were very comfortable and I liked the two TVs and door on bedroom and had a very large balcony but what stood out most was Chris at the front desk who made us feel like family visiting and the valet James who although he was very busy was so helpful and friendly . Also we got lost walking downtown and asked a random man directions named Jonathan who said he just got hired at the Warwick he also was so kind so apparently they know how to hire people who genuinely like to serve and make people feel welcome

didn’t like the playboy theme weren’t nudes but for family not tasteful

Everything. Our room was clean, wonderful and spacious. Great view from our balcony. Wonderful location. Amazing bar and restaurant.

I ordered before arrival prosecco and strawberries to our room. They were not there waiting for us as I'd requested. And at the end of the stay i had to remind staff they never provided it, so they needed to remove it from my bill. That's my only complaint.

I enjoyed the view and the food was good. Some people were friendly while others not so much.

I did not like the valet only that the Warwick demanded. Not even an optional self parking. If you’re coming here with a Porsche I would highly recommend changing your choice of transportation due to the potential joy rides that the valet will have with your vehicle. Btw there’s only one valet at a time which means if you have plans make sure you implement 20+ minutes for the valet.
