The rooms are spacious, we had a king suite with plenty of room for my husband and adult daughter. The beds are comfortable, there are large TV's in both the sitting area and bedroom and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The shower have dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash and towels large with good thickness. Breakfast is the Embassy suites standard with plenty available. In the evenings they have happy hour with 2 complementary cocktails (each day of your stay)and light hor d'oeuvres that change daily.

I don't like the absence of housekeeping. We pay premium dollars for hotel stays and should never have to ask to have our garbage picked up. I do understand using your towel more than once and I don't need to have my bed linens changed daily but the beds could be made and the garbage taken out without having to ask. We were there for 4 days and I had to ask for housekeeping, I really think Hilton should rethink this policy.

Hotel had great breakfast with omelette kitchen were they cooked your omelette per your order. They also had bacon so don't forget to ask! We liked our room, plenty of space with a living area in the suite with a wet bar.

The room could use an update, fixtures are getting a little dated and it was dissappointing that the room had double beds, not queen size. If you are planning to share your bed with a partner, it can be a little tight. The hotel offers valet parking for $30 but you can self-park at the same garage. All you have to do is provide license plate info and payment method when you park and it will automatically charge you based on how long you stay. Got overnight parking this way for $16..

Staff was great. Especially the heavy set African American manager. He made the visit very nice. The lady working in the dining/bar area was great and was very helpful getting complimentary wine.

I was put back by being charged $30 for parking. Your manager (African american male) was very courteous and was able to turn the negativeness of being charged $30 for parking into a positive item.... He suggested the complimentary beer/wine.. I landed up having dinner at your hotel. The quesadea was very good. I would stay here again if I find myself in the neighborhood. This was the nicest hotel my trip

The rooms were big. The kitchen was stocked with snacks and drinks. Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable.

I spotted two cockroaches. Inside my bathroom. Immediately upon entering. When I stepped in to place my items on the counter I seen a small one in the sink. So I turned the water on and splashed it down the drain. I turned on the main light in the bathroom and saw another. Slightly bigger coming out of the light switch cover. Swatted it and it fell out and onto the floor. Smooshed it and tossed in toilet. Aside from that it was mostly peaceful and quiet night. On my second night there was banging on the wall from neighboring room at around 930pm Saturday night.

Room was clean and spacious, location close to BART, restaurants and jogging/ biking trail. Breakfast and Happy hour very nice.

They told us on check in will be no room housekeeping service during our 3 night stay which was OK. We’re there 2 weekend nights and hotel was full. Saturday night people left garbage bags by elevator. I reported this then; more were there by Sunday AM- reported it again and finally cleaned up. Feel someone should have taken care of this right away- not typical for Hilton run properties.

Walking from the parking garage to the hotel seems like it could get scary.

Ryan at the front desk was extremely helpful and very kind. It was very close to BART.

Breakfast was pretty good. It would be nice if the duration was a little longer. The food did not stay very warm. More variety of bread would be nice. Omletts were great.I didn't like that I had to give a 24hour request to have the room cleaned. I feel that it should automatically be cleaned every day. I also had to keep asking for towels and toilet paper. Wasn't sure were anything was in relation to hotel.

stayed in a corner room and it was great. very comfortable bed and lots of space. right next to Bart for easy transport out there, and walking distance to a few good places. the included breakfast is basic, but really good. makes it easy in the morning to just pop down - but it does get pretty busy on the weekend.

the parking is way overpriced, we sorted something else for our car as the property only offers valet.

There was $100 per day held on my account for incidentals & possible damages. For 8 nights that is a lot of money on my credit card Parking is $30/day concierge parking with little alternative Again, that really adds up in a long stay

The staff were all very helpful and friendly throughout the hotel. The room was clean and very accommodating. The bedding was one of the best features. The pillows, blankets and duvets were excellent. The beds were very comfy, not too firm not too soft.

Not so much as didn't like and did not affect our stay, but there were obvious signs of wear and tear. Room could use a bit of TLC.
