The breakfast was served in the room however it was a well balanced choice including ham and cheese, good idea as you were not tied to a specific time to eat. I don't normally eat breakfast but as it's a holiday and you have more time, why not

Nothing, our room looked out over fields, with wildlife in abundance, Pheasant watching became my morning duty. The Pub was across the road, Norfolk portions are bigger than around our home area, so again a bonus, close to but not on top of The Broads, Norwich easy access to a number of Park & Ride sites, easy to use and delivered into the center of Norwich.

Lovely location - quiet -easy to find and park. Nice garden area. Warm, friendly welcome; request (for a sheet for the hot weather) met happily; room entry arrangements practical and easy; nice-sized room and efficient shower. Plenty of tea and real coffee (cafetiere provided) with milk and orange juice in the little fridge (along with continental breakfast).

The large bed was rather saggy and down on one side - perhaps a new mattress? We were looking forward to a cooked breakfast to set us up for the day! However the continental breakfast in the room was perfectly adequate and we could have it when we wanted, which was helpful. The TV could have been a bit bigger! Perhaps the traffic mirror opposite the parking area could have been cleared so we could reverse out more easily.

This little gem of a b n b was excellent value for money. It's set in a tiny village, there's ample parking and our ground floor room overlooked a ripe and golden barley field with swallows gliding across the land in peaceful elegance. It really made for such a lovely, quiet stay. The room was clean and breakfast was in-room with cereals, yoghurts, bread, cheese, orange juice, coffee and a variety of teas. More than adequate for our stay. It was also a bonus to enjoy some great artworks on the walls. Would definitely stay again if we are up on the Broads.

Nothing for the great value price.

lovely friendly welcome from our hosts. Easy parking. room was light and airy and quiet large with one double and one single bed. It was extremely quiet and a continental breakfast was in the room which consisted of yoghurt, fruit, ham and cheese, a small loaf of bread, cereals, condiments, milk and Orange juice, tea, coffee and drinking chocolate. You wanted for nothing. All crockery and cutlery, toaster, jug, microwave and small fridge were in the room. There was the local Hotel 30 yards down the road which served a huge meal by the friendly staff. we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you

From start to finish, our stay was just lovely. Moira was so helpful when we first arrived and the room was perfect, cosy with comfortable beds and a beautiful view. The mini fridge/kitchen was very well stocked with breakfast bits and then some, including (BNLT) teas/coffees, milk, orange juice, cereals, bread, butter, marmalades, fruit, cheese and yoghurts. The bathroom was compact but did the job, everything was clean and tidy, shower had gopd pressure and body wash was provided. I even sent family members videos and they'll be joining us when we 100% return 😊 thanks for a wonderful stay!

This place turned out to be a treasure house for me. There were three original paintings in our room and many more along the hallway. There were very interesting pieces of sculpture in the garden. The vine yard with the sitting arrangement underneath was an added attraction. All in all, the place is very inspiring for a creative mind. To top it all, the eatery Brick Kiln round the corner offers excellent food.

I liked everything.

We had a lovely time, owner was friendly, room was good and breakfast was great, bed exceptionally comfortable.

Nothing major, just in the photos the room and bathroom all looked great, whereas in reality the rooms and particularly the bathroom were a little damaged/tired. The toilet seat was loose to sit on, and marks on walls, needing resealing etc. The front of the property had a fair bit of bits and bobs all out too so just didnt live up to the photos. We had a lovely time and would stay again though, thanks very much

Double room with fridge and microwave .... fridge contained ham cheese milk juice strawberries etc etc plus toast and croissants coffee tea etc absolutely everything for breakfast . bed really comfortable good pillows ,fluffy towels . shower room is a little small for 17 stone 6foot 4 man but fine for me . excellent artwork .view out over fields . pub a little walk away .off road parking . totally self contained with everything you need

Comfortable room with attached bathroom. Breakfast is already in you room on arrival, its all self-contained, microwave, fridge, tea/coffee and a choice of cereals, bread, jams, cheese and ham. You can have breakfast when you are ready, no having to wait for a certain time, you have your own self-contained B & B. It worked for us, its the way forward for B & B's. Nice looking pub restaurant across the road, we drove ten minutes to the Fur and Feathers, good food, substantial helpings and its own brewery...heaven

Cosy room that was very quiet and looked out over a very large field. The breakfast facilities in the room were brilliant. There was a bottle of milk and another of orange juice. A microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge along with teas, coffee, hot chocolate, bread, butter, choice of jams, honey, ham, cheese, cereals, fresh fruit etc. Everything that you need to fill up before heading off for the day. This was just right, as neither of us like a cooked breakfast. At the price it was really good value.

Only limited space to hang clothes, but as staying only one night it was ok for us.
