Last minute booking and what a surprise ! The room was lovely! Spotlessly clean . Staff are really friendly, the bar , reception and dining area are beautiful too . We had breakfast included and it was fabulous! Sausages were amazing and everything was cooked perfectly! There was also a selection of fruit , overnight oats cereals etc . The outside seating area is lovely to sit out on on a summers evening . It’s a 5 minute walk from Fistral beach which is a surfers paradise and absolutely stunning !!!our favourite place !! Definitely would stay here again! Everything was brilliant!

We Loved our stay here at Oceanside .. Superb Location, Lovely Breakfast and Coffee' really nice evening meal and great location for the beach and fishy restaurants, Fab Friendly helpful staff' nice room with a view .. Our doggie's thoroughly enjoyed it' staff were great with them' Great front desk staff' We Would Happily Return' but would have to consider the extra monies on top of the stay for doggies and parking! :-0

The room was so nice but really Needs a bit of tlc / Maintenance as unfilled holes and poor paintwork makes it look unpleasant :-0

Great room, had everything we needed for 3 people to stay in one room. The view was beautiful even in the storm. The bathroom was large and spacious. The evening team that served us dinner were on top of everything. They made us laugh and feel very welcome. Although they had a large function on you wouldn't of known! The food quality and portions was fantastic and the bar had a great range of drinks to choose from. The breakfast in the morning was amazing and didn't expect that quality. Normally find in hotels this is a let down. But not here! Check out was 10.30 but they were happy to lock our things away whilst we went for a walk. Only stayed one night (could of stayed longer). But will definitely be back. Management should feel proud of their team! Customer service at its finest.

Nothing! They communicated straight away when we arrived they had a function on. So dinner was closing early and they put us on the top floor so we couldn't and didn't hear much noise.

We ordered Benedictine eggs, one on brown bread and other over muffin. but both was served over brown bread. not a big deal, I would eat it but offered to change it and be served on muffin. Surprised I was when found that simply remove everything was over brown bread and placed over a muffin. Obviously I was unable to eat it knowing it has been handled. Food once is served never should be manipulated. Specially dishes with sauces as Benedictine eggs that hacer over Hollandaise sauce. at the end the dish is a complete mess with small sign that clearly says it has been manipulated. Loved place but ruined my breakfast

Presentation and cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, the room was beautiful. Contacted staff to arrange for some balloons etc to be put up in the room for my partners birthday as a surprise, they didn’t have any on hand but offered to do it if I ordered it to be delivered to the hotel beforehand. It was an extra special touch and was decorated beautifully for our arrival. Breakfast was tasty, service from staff was outstanding. Will 100% be returning to stay again.

Check out of 10:30am is slightly early in my opinion, would’ve preferred to be able to pack up and get ready to leave without rushing.

Firstly the shower was the best shower I ever had, can have it strong enough to peel the skin off (which I need being an acne sufferer) nothing worse than a trickler, was worth the money for that alone haha, the view was amazing and we were facing the golf course, can only imagine how breathtaking it is from rooms on the opposite side! Room was clean and smelled nice with lots of storage and a comfy bed, never got to try the breakfast but I’m confident it would be great as everything else was also a great location, a stones throw from the beach and the lands end, On Site parking was available too which is a must for almost everyone. Overall a great hotel at a great price and one of the best I’ve ever stayed in and I travel for work, would 100% recommend and will return!

great location for Fistral. love the bar area, cozy and modern interior. we had a lovely afternoon tea before we checked in. Room was really spacious. Nice breakfast included. Wes the barman was really friendly and all staff were pleasant and made my kids feel welcome!

There is no parking, there are spaces allocated at the front where you can park briefly to register your car and get a permit for a council car park. This was a bit of a pain due to bad weather and two young kids, however the council car park ended up costing just £5 overnight and was close so decided to just do that which was fine.

Staff were friendly and responsive and welcoming. Nothing felt like it is was a problem and they did little things like remember your breakfast order from one day to the next etc. Great views from the terrace over the bay, heaters and blankets there to keep you warm. Big bar area with a pool table and parking available for you too

the food and drink seemed a little pricey - its more expensive there for fish and chips and Rick Steins is at the bottom of the road and it is about the same price. But im being picky as the place was good value and welcoming all the same

breakfast was fine, but ready/tin products average taste, but at least some options such as egg benedict or full English breakfast or flat white or yoghurt. bar has alot drink options. really nice restaurant with view of the ocean and golf field. comfy sofa and tables. pool table available. staff is really helpful.

no dinner after 5pm on easterday, sundays nothing to eat after 6pm. staff was helpfull and let us order food from outside to our room. no shop close by. so make sure you plan all your meals and book tables . and keep food in your room fridge.

Great facilities. The room was a good size. The view was excellent. The staff were all lovely. The breakfast was fresh and there was a good variety of cereals and also hot food. The car park was convenient and the walk into to town was only about 5-10 minutes so great location! (Also loved the decor)

Slight damp? Patches around the property meaning a bit of peeling paint but nothing that made any difference to our stay!
