Picked the hotel as its literally outside the arena and couldn't be bothered travelling at night. Yes it's more expensive than most hotels around the area but worthwhile if you're going to an night time event at the Arena, you'll be in bed within minutes. Our room was fine as you'd expect from a Radisson, comfortable bed, a great shower and endless lighting options if you're in to that. Breakfast was decent with plenty of options. although the coffee machine is a bit naff, shame they don't allow free coffee's from the bar like many hotels do at breakfast time. The hotel has a spa which unfortunately we didn't have time to try.

My girlfriend confusing Manchester AO arena with London O2 Arena for an Ed Sheeran concert... She also managed to book on the wrong day as well as in the wrong part of the country (thanks babe). This isn't a criticism of the hotel though, but Booking.Com asked me what I didnt like., and I didn't like that. Ed Sheeran was v good though.

we loved this hotel and plan to return again. myself as the adult in our party: I was very happen with everything within the hotel. A great sleep was had, late evening entry after a concert, good range of food on offer (unable to confirm how good it was as I did not eat however the menu looked very good). Really nice spa facilities and great for families with children. Child 1: Much the same as myself, she really enjoyed her stay and slept well as well as enjoyed using the spa facilities. Child 2: And reason for a 9/10 rating. She found the bed really firm and felt she tossed and turned during the night. Otherwise, she was very happy with the cool tech for the overhead lights and thoroughly enjoyed her time in the spa All members would happily return again. Thank you so much for a great and accommodating stay.

Child 2 found the bed very hard but for most, it would be fine.

Lovely hotel, fantastic room, delicious breakfast and friendly welcoming staff.

Parking not available close by and we only realised this after arriving, leaving us dishevelled and having to carry bags 10 minutes back to the hotel, late for our event and incurring additional cost. Whilst booking.com states private parking available at a private location nearby, at the bottom of the page - I had seen "Parking" listed prominently under its most popular facilities and wrongly assumed that meant onsite. My mistake, but I do think the website is misleading in classing Parking as a "popular facility" when it doesn't offer that.

It was close enough to main line train stations which made it ideal

We had an issue with the lighting in the room this was reported to reception for 1000 , then then same at 2200 the night person and maintenance guy turned up at the room and started playing with electrics. We were in our nightwear ready for bed. Personally I'd not stay there again just on that, as going to a guest room and playing with electrics at 2200 of. Night is out of order Yes we were out all day and reception staff were made aware of this so the issue with electrics should of been done while we were out as requested

The room was fabulous! We were expecting to have a rollaway bed for our daughter on arrival, but didn't get one. However, the fabulous manager Ibrahim was quick to resolve our issue when the rollaway beds were all taken up. We were offered an adjoining room which was really comfortable. Breakfast had many varieties of food for all dietary concerns, and you can also order your own omlette if you'd like from the kitchen. Great hospitatlity service from all staff, but what stood out most was Ibrahim, who always greeted us (and other guests) with a warm smile and ensured we had everything to our liking to enjoy our stay. He makes sure that guests feel as comfortable as possible and runs the front desk team impeccably well. He quickly dealt with any other minor issues we had throughout our stay.

The swimming pool was ok. Would be nice to have a warmer pool but I didn't like the fact that it was dark. Would be nicer to have a lighted pool, especially for safety with children swimming in it. Otherwise the sauna and steam room are an added bonus. Didn't get a chance to get any massage treatments as they were all full , even when booking a week in advance of our stay!

Reception staff were highly welcoming and friendly. We were offered a complimentary interconnecting room and free onsite disabled parking for our comfort; my daughter is autistic and the extra space was hugely appreciated. Having access to a parking space was invaluable. Breakfast was amazing, we loved the buffet style food on offer. We will definitely be back again.

There's nothing we didn't like; we had a wonderful stay and will be back again. The only constructive advice is the pillows were very firm; I realise it's all about personal preference though, so this isn't anything negative

Great location, modern decor and a lovely terrace to enjoy a drink while the sun goes down! The self serve 'shop' in the lobby is a great addition and was visited many times through the night. We visited for Parklife and was happy to see the staff on the entrance at night making sure the visitors coming in actually had rooms and we'rent coming to party in the room next door. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Thanks for ensuring a good nights sleep!

I didn't have any issues at all during my stay but if i need to write one negative thing the door security staff didn't even touch the door as i struggled with my bags out the hotel and let me open it with my foot! I'm guessing he had a long weekend after dealing with the drunk Parklife attendees

Very fast check in, lovely rooms. Modern hotel. Friendly and efficient staff. I selected this hotel as it is unique at this Manchester Central price level in providing guests with free use of the pool and spa. In winter the sauna and steam room are a real bonus. The spa is modern, clean and the small pool is well maintained. Breakfast is substantial and the bacon was particularly tasty. In making my choice for my next Manchester trip the free use of pool and steam room/sauna means I will stay in Park Inn.

Some of the 6th floor rooms suffer from noise which is coming from the AC machinery located on the roof. I had to change room as it IS loud. I was facilitated very quickly by the excellent receptionist who knew of the problem. The mobile phone charging plug at the bedside is very slow. So I recharged quickly using the two pin plug in the bathroom. I recommend changing the brand of sausages used for breakfast.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel, we booked a superior room for more comfort and my gosh we were not disappointed. It was huge! The cleanliness and feel of the room was fantastic! Staff were very friendly and just the overall experience was brilliant! The room was fitted with pretty much everything, from iron, ironing board, kettle, even a coffer machine with pods. Robe and slippers. Loads of toiletries including razor if you’d forgotten your own. Honestly, we couldn’t believe how it was so equipped with everything you needed. The location was spot on as we were attending the AO Arena which was literally across the from the hotel so we had no trouble with accessibility for the event. We were also given a discount ticket for staying at the AO arena car park with the hotel as they didn’t have their own car park. The bar staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating to any of our requests. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again in the near future. Highly recommend.

None. Out of all the hotels we’ve stayed at around the uk, we honestly couldn’t fault it this one!

Large window on the 5th floor with great view, large comfy bed, free WiFi, 3 lifts, lots of lighting in room, hairdryer, pool a good size & plenty of loungers, relaxing music, free lockers & towels, staff friendly, less than 10 minute walk to the Printworks & Arndale & Victoria station.

Wifi kept going off & on a lot, big stains on the carpet, noticed dusty tv wires & on the back of the round chair. Shame no jacuzzi. Shop expensive & breakfast £16 so didn’t bother. We stayed 3 nights so expected 3 lots of water & tea/coffee.
