excellent location, comfortable beds and good room size

we were told you had to book in for breakfast as it was going to be very busy. we forgot to book until later on in the evening and was then told there was only availability for breakfast at 10am. we said that this is not suitable as we have to leave just after 9am. all of the sudden 7am was fine. we got to breakfast at 7am and it was almost empty. we travelled with another family who got 8am a lot and they said it was not even busy. To not be able to go for breakfast when you want during breakfast hours when in a hotel is big let down and not to be expected. Hotel staff said it’s cause it’s very busy. so be it but then you need a bigger restaurant.

Comfy spacious rooms and great location. Connecting rooms was very useful. Air con was great to have. Some nice hot chocolate pouches supplied. Free safe.

Nothing much, the bathroom looked a bit tired and the TV didn't really work, I didn't really need the TV to be honest. The tea/coffee making facilities in the room, having to move the whole tray unit to plug it in etc. Not having their own car park. We used their recommended one for a discount price, just across the road but it was still expensive and a bit inconvenient at times. The rooms were a bit dark even with all the side lights on.

The hotel location is in a vibrant street in the epicenter of the main attractions of the city. The room was spotless and offered great comfort in line with the price (value for money). Because of location and comfort, I found myself willing and able to return to the hotel multiple times throughout the day to rest in the middle of my exploration. The staff was very helpful and nice: the reception desk was very welcoming. The breakfast parlor staff (specially Camila) was very kind and helpful and proactively offered me tips on city attractions I might enjoy in my my native language.

My room was extremely clean on arrival and well cleaned during my stay. The view of the city was beautiful , there was a good variety of hot and cold breakfast. The restaurant staff were courteous and prompt to react when I asked for croissants to be replenished. Camila was very polite and friendly, along with all the other breakfasts staff. The manager was on the floor , active and working with her team, and it was the same at dinner . My steak was well done, the restaurant staff again friendly , prompt and helpful. The only thing is that we had to wait a while for our food to arrive. The reception staff were also amazing, and the man who checked me in was very helpful. Every staff I came across in a hallway greeted me. There was a IHG reward floor, if you have not signed up to IHG One , I will urge you to do so, it comes with some privileges that can add value to your stay.

On the day of departure, my key card did not work on my return from breakfast. It was around 9:30am, before my check out time. I had to go back downstairs to the reception to be reactivated. Shortly after I entered my room to get ready, the cleaning ladies knocked and when I opened they asked me not to worry( I guess they were checking if I was still in the room). This made me feel rushed out of the hotel before my checking time. I felt pressured to pack up quickly and leave.

Really good location close to shops and restaurants and a easy walk to the AO Arena which was the main reason for booking. Tram stops nearby for exploring. Plenty of pay for car parking nearby as well. The hotel bedroom was spacious and clean and the beds (it was a family room) were really comfy. Bar and restaurant were pleasant and breakfast was good. All of the staff that I spoke to were really friendly as were the staff in the neighbouring restaurants that we tried. Reception staff happily let us keep the room for an extra hour before checkout with no charge.

My only quibble was that whoever painted the landings was a bit slap dash with the paint but overall this was very minor.

The staff were amazing. My son is autistic and they went out their well to offer assistance. Let us skip the q’s for breakfast. Amelia was extremely helpful. All the staff very friendly. Food was very good. Rooms comfy and clean. Breakfast was lovely and room was good size. Nice large bath towels.

Rooms could have been better for the price we paid. Had to ask for more towels as there wasn’t enough (only 3) mugs only 2 (family of 4) shower seal was broken off and tv kept turning off. No shower cap which you usually get. None of these things would stop me re-visiting tho. Long q for breakfast even when you booked a slot.

Great stay in lovely hotel. All staff very friendly from moment we checked in. Rooms spotless. Great location with car park just over the road.

the suite I stay in was comfortable with large double bed and bathroom with shower and bath really clean. the lounge had good seating with Large tv. had another tv in bedroom. the club room exclusive access on the top floor was excellent where we could get refreshments for free. the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed was positioned at an angle so very close to window so their wasn't much room to get around the side of bed. we ate at the hotel restaurant on Thursday night the service was slow but I think it was due to lack of staff too 40 minutes for starter to arrive then another 40 minutes for main course the staff were apologetic.

Nice hotel, great price (although seems to vary considerably depending on local events), stylish, very spacious and comfortable room, exceptionally clean, nice touch having dressing gowns and slippers, and great to have a bath which is now uncommon in hotels. Staff very polite, helpful and accommodating

Room a bit tatty and needs some maintenance (mould on curtains, tile hanging off, mould in bathroom, stained carpet), mattress was very uncomfortable, disappointing to only have cheap instant coffee in the room rather than a machine, and disappointing to not have easy use of the fridge to store own drinks or food

Absolutely phenomenal place and staff to match. If I’m staying in the area again I will be looking at this place again. They accommodated my requests of a late check out and a specific room I saw and was more than helpful with checking in and out as well as room service. The food was delivered fresh and hot even at late hours of the night/ early hours of the morning. The breakfast menu was spot on and food was amazing, arriving within the requested time slot. The bath and shower facilities were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be coming back again.

The only complaint we had was the lift up to the upper floors made my girlfriend feel funny when stopping but other than that, no complains at all, amazing place.
