The flat is nicely decorated, loads of space that I believe can accommodate up to six or even seven people! Good value for money and location is very good. Views nice

Our room wasn’t ready until after 4 pm even though check in is 3 pm. The management didn’t inform the cleaning staff of the new book in. The poor ladies had to hustle to clean the flat for us. I believe these flats on weekends are mainly used for people going to party in manchester so do not recommend for family

This was a rental apartment on a busy road but noise muffled if windows closed and it did seem to go quiet overnight. It is a well appointed spacious flat, very clean and had the sharpest kitchen knife I have ever found in a short term rental property. It is only a short walk to Manchester arena and both Piccadilly and Victoria stations and of course the centre of town and theatre.

There are just one or two bits missing in the kitchen which I have already pointed out. The kitchen equipment....oven, hob, fridge freezer and washing machine all work well but there was no oven glove or teat towel which made using the oven problematic. For those who like (I dont) there is a pod coffee machine but I had taken my own cafetière.

location was very good. The room had the most basic things. The room and bathroom were clean. The attendant who took care of us was extremely friendly.

This may not be a problem, but I am writing it for the information of those who want to stay here. Some of the places I stay may have ingredients such as salt, oil, etc. in their kitchens. There are only kitchen utensils in this apartment. In long-term stays, these are purchased by the guests, but since we stayed for a short time (two days), we did not want to buy these small things, so we could not make use of the kitchen. Also, the price balance is good for short-term stays, but the price may be high for long-term stays.

It is a good location and the rooms are very good but I think the privacy of the rooms in apartment 105 is not enough the windows are too transparent it will be good if you can cover the glass with more dark tinteds that it be good a part from that everything is perfect

Every thing, the apartment was amazing, very clean, everything available in the apartment which you may need during your stay, wish to stay some more days, but unfortunately I didn’t book earlier. Lovely apartment

There is nothing to dislike or complain,

Very clean and modern. Good linen and towel quality.

No WiFi. Tried to connect numerous times. A few items of crockery missing. Glassware imparticular. All things provided apart from teatowel.

Location is perfect, lovely apartment and such a nice space!

The toilet was wobbly and it felt like we were going to break it and be charged - so made it a bit less of a relaxing stay

There was no TV but we didn’t require one. My mobile data connection was poor and I couldn’t locate any WiFi. This wasn’t a massive issue for us though!

Flat is spacious and in prime lacation in Manchester city. Manager, Mr Jesse was helpful and cooperative.

Carpet was dirty and uncleaned. They need to change ASAP.

Good sized apartment in a well appointed block.

WiFi did not work. Batteries were flat for TV. 2nd bedroom bed broken base.
