no breakfast served, it is an apartment not a hotel. The lift was fine and the premises was very clean. The response to most but not all requests were prompt too

It took days to get the cleaner to come and clean the apartment. Also, the shower in the bathroom was not working well, we lodged a complaint about it. Until we checked out of the apartment two weeks later, it was not attended to. The maintenance man never came.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, I rung to say I was going to be about 10 minutes late to check in and staff made sure it wasnt an issue and still checked me in. Apartment was very clean and furnished beautifully. Will definitely be booking again in future

Only thing I didnt like about the room I was in (402) was that the bedroom had no door. The issue with that was that due to there being some kind of pipe going out of the living room window I couldn't close the blinds fully therefore leaving the bedroom with lots of natural light flooding through in the early morning. I think a door on the bedroom or even some curtains in the living room would resolve this issue.

Reserved several times at Fletcher Apt, mainly studios, nice place taken good care of with more renovations going on -Convenient Studio size and facilities -Nice location a couple of minutes walk to Bradford square railway station and May be 10 min walk to Bradford interchange. Close to Shopping centers. -Staff friendly and helpful (have to thank Ms Amani, responsible of accommodation and the rest of the crew, always trying to keep our stay comfortable)

Eventually nothing really, even if there is something missing or you need anything the staff don't hesitate to supply it. Last studio i stayed in was without an AC however they quickly supplied a fan which will be the minimum requirement on a hot summer.

When i arrived at the property i was welcomed and the whole check in was so smooth and fast. when i arrived to my room it was beautiful, the bedroom was so cosy and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bath room was so nice which a Jacuzzi bath and TV this really made my stay and was just what the doctor ordered!!!! The living has a L shaped sofa, massive TV with Netflix and a beautiful lit fire look was absolutely perfect. It was so quiet i honestly can not wait for my next night away!!! Everything!!! was perfect in and so clean and beautiful

Excellent location and handy having the parking available. The apartment was clean,tidy and the facilities were great. The location was a 5 min walk from from the city centre. Was also nice to have sugar, tea bags, toiletries and plenty of towels! It was also great to have the two smart TVs with netflix,dmand much more available to watch! The bed was so comfy, and very clean. Everything was spotless! View was also lovely at night. Definitely will be recommending. The manager Amani is amazing she sort things out pretty quickly and I was very impressed.

Great check-in. Nick was excellent, and very helpful, as he said he would assist to take my luggage from the room to store it in the morning in his office, which he did and was incredibly helpful as well, the next day when I checked out. The room was recently renovated and very nice, well- presented and even better than expected. Just on the presentation and cleanliness alone this would be my first choice to stay anytime I return to Bradford. i loved the spa bath in the room I got!

The air conditioner advertised as being one of the features: is not connected (!) and in fact doesn’t even have a plug fitting to connect with the wall socket/electricity. I was looking forward to using the air conditioner as I’m not used to the humidity having come from a country with a very different climate. It seems the TV in the bedroom was not working or not connected and I couldn’t find the remote for it. The battery cover for the remote in the lounge was missing. After 10pm the neighbor (or someone nearby had a remote that kept switching off the sound on the TV in the lounge? I found this Very weird and annoying as I was in the middle of watching a program and had to continually switch the sound back on so I could watch until the end.

This is by far the best hotel/apartment building I have ever been to, I have stayed here a handful of. Times. Now and will most definetly be going back. The apartments are. Modern and stylish, they exceeded all my expectations and are more than definitely worth every penny of what I spent but the only negative points I can make are I wish the check out time was a little later but that's most likely due to personal laziness and really comfy beds also the washing machine in my previous apartment didn't work but it's not the end of the world lol, as I say. I will be returning definetly

- Literally the only slight downside is the noise levels from other guests which isn’t the accommodation owners fault which is why it hasn’t impacted my rating however if you were looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing it wouldn’t really be suitable so thought it was worth mentioning. Everything else was perfect.

very modern, clean, comfortable & not far from the centre. friendly employees & happy to help.

they are under going renovations as we was told however we got an old room which was nice and very modern however there was cigarette burns in the sofa/carpet , hole in the Lino etc and a couple of other things. I did mention it and we was able to leave an hour later if we wanted to. it’s also not clear where the exits are as it’s not just fletcher apartments there as we was told there is also long term residents with over 400 rooms so it’s very easy to get lost.

We had a lovely stay at the Fletcher Apartment. The location was right next to the city centre which was a plus. The apartment was beautiful and clean and was everything that it was advertised as.

The apartment doesn’t have assigned parking. However there is a parking lot around a 4 mins walk away where parking is £2.50 for the whole day.
