The place was really good. We enjoyed the jacuzzi a lot and the ambient light all over was well nice.

The mattress needs changing as it's really low quality and also looks like the springs are gonna come off it... The person that received us was very friendly when we arrived but then there was a misunderstanding on where we were supposed to leave the keys the day after and he phoned us being totally rude and aggressive just because we left the keys in the postal box instead of the place he actually mentioned but thought that was the place. Even so the key didn't get lost so no reason for being aggressive on the phone and also after talking I apologise and he just hung up the phone on me. Just because of his attitude we won't go back there.

- Boiler was in the bedroom and was quite noisy all night. Affected my sleep. - Pillows were also a bit uncomfortable. - Street parking is restricted to 2 hours maximum on weekdays 8am-6pm, and only 1 off-street parking space for all the apartments. - Bathroom door doesn’t close completely

All I can say is wow! Absolutely amazing! I'll be booking again next month. Sooooo cosy, clean, and loved the fact they even provided toothbrush, toothpaste, and towels, even though its not a hotel. Bed was so comfortable and loved the fact bath was a jacuzzi and could watch TV whilst I was in the bath. Led roof lights everywhere, which brought a sense of ambience. All rooms are soundproofed, so you couldn't hear other guests. The host went an extra mile for me as I couldn't check in until late, so he came back to hand me the keys. Excellent customer services.

The only thing that needs looking at is the wobbly laminate flooring in the living room area, which dips a bit and makes a sound when you walk on it, but don't let this put you off. I spoke to the owner, and he is arranging for this to be fixed right away. Get booking people. This is my new getaway destination. Can't wait to stay at their other properties :)

The apartments as we walked in smelt amazing , clean and fresh the host was prompt on our arrival, and was clear on instructions of use in regards to the property. The spa bath was amazing and bed was comfortable. On leaving met with the housekeeping lady, she was polite and friendly.

Although was stated free wifi there was no code to connect, on trying to connect to open network, connected with no Internet. And the occupants in adjacent room could be smelt smoking, (this left the entrance smelling on entry) (around 1.30am) although I am a smoker made effort to go outside in accordance with the rules. As wouldn't want to ruin how lovely it smelt

The decor of the property is lovely. The property has everything you need even washing machines. All the rooms had a tv even the bathroom which was lovely. Loved the smell of the property too.I have stayed in hotels before but none have us toothbrush, but aphrodites gave us toothbrush along with toothpaste which was nice. Loved the lighting throughout the property. The staff who I was in contact was lovely, he even asked us how we got on with our car breakdown, which was really sweet. loved the location too soo many restaurants about 4-5 mins walk.

Very clean and comfortable with Netflix and a nice bathroom with a jetted tub for my sore muscles. They even had bathrobes and slippers provided. They had tea coffee milk and sugar and a very comfy sofa. The lights and fireplace made it extra special.

Bedroom was cold and small. Noisy boiler inside aswell. Should have been cheaper for what it was. Not worth £98 for a small bedroom in Bradford.

Our apartment was amazing, very spacious living area and comfy bedroom and very good bathroom including spa bath! The apartment has everything we needed for our stay. The outside was lovely too, can definitely tell that the owners take pride into their property. Welcomed with a warm welcome, host is always available if needed.

the staff was really rude and I mean really disrespectful. they kept the deposit just because we left the key and the card in the room, and didn’t drop it in the drop box, switch was located outside the room when leaving. but it was an accident, once we’d closed the door with the front door key and access room key inside, we could do anything about it even tho we was still at the property.. make sure you DO NOT DO THE SAME. did not get deposit back!

There was load of criminal activity on the street, and drug abusers. no coffee, or stocked mini fridge.

Very clean and awesome layout. Looks modern and everything is thought out and placed nicely. The LED lights are a perfect touch. You have all the things you need in that room. Located is good as there are many food places around and only a couple minute walk.

The pillows could be a lot softer, they were pretty hard and very thick. I guess its personal preference but there should be a hard and thick pillow and a soft one too.

beautiful property, perfect for staying in. kitchen, bedroom and bathroom facilities were fantastic! the host was helpful and was easily contactable for any queries we may have had. would recommend this property to anybody!

the only possible downside is the surrounding area which isn’t too great, but this is nothing to do with the property itself and the property is nice enough to ensure you do not need to go out much!
