Good on-site parking. Great size room and ensuite. All very clean and comfortable. Staff welcoming, efficient and helpful. After many hours travelling I was looking forward to resting on until a late morning appointment the following day.

Unfortunately, I was woken well before 7am the 1st morning by workmen shouting to each other, followed by loud noises from the corridor outside my room. I'm not a complainer generally, but it was really over the top! Reception did arrange an alternative room for me for the 2nd night in a different section and on the floor above to avoid the same issue the next morning. That was fine, but I couldn't understand why in the first place, the Inn had assigned any room to guests that were so close to scheduled room refits where such early disturbances were inevitable. Poor forethought towards me and any other fee paying guests unlucky enough to be near to that mayhem!

Clean and comfortable hotel, no frills but there is a bar and a good buffet type breakfast for only £8 pp. Convenient for the A27. It is adjacent to a filling station and a McDonald's. there is a craft brewery type place across the road in walking distance, and a Beefeater slightly further away but still walkable, otherwise you will need a car to get to Arundel

Car parking is a bit tight, spaces are definitely not designed for any car built since 2010. On a previous visit there was a problem with the queue for the McDonald's drive-thru next door blocking the entrance to the hotel early evening, that didn't happen this time but it was the school holidays which may have made a difference

The hotel is well placed to be in Arundel in 5 minutes and to the West, Chichester is only 10 minutes or so and to the East Worthing and Brighton about 15 minutes. The South Downs are lovely to explore, either on foot or by car with some interesting little villages. The hotel was beautifully clean and warm. the room was surprisingly large and comfortable with two easy chairs, which was a surprise as normally there is only one. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of cooked, or cereals, fruit juices and toast. Arundel has a number of places to eat in the evening. All in all nothing to complain about and we enjoyed our stay.

The car park is limited in size and although there is additional parking to the rear of the hotel we chose not to use this as it looked to quiet and not overlooked. We didnt observe any CCTV monitoring the area. The adjoining fuel station is very expensive

Nice big rooms with table and sofa/ chairs. very comfortable large bed. Bedside lights perfect for reading in bed. TV screen good size and in right position. Good wifi, desk spacious enough for laptop and plenty of mirrors. Good bathroom, shower in the bath with good water pressure and hot water. Would have preferred a mixingtap, but not an issue. Liked that soap and shampoo were in dispensers. Very friendly and helpful staff. Liked that breakfast was not included, but as it was very nice and good value ended up having it every morning. Very good coffee. Would defiantly return, brilliant base for a week's walking holiday. Very quiet, but as it is next to a large truck stop park, it can be noisy, so if you want quiet ask for a room facing the rear. I had a room facing the truck park and it did not bother me.

Can't really think of anything, But it would have been great if a filtered cold water dispenser was available in the reception to fill up drinking water bottles. The MC Donalds drive Tru next door

I like to stay in the same room which has been newly decorated. I adored the burgundy wall before but its now painted magnolia that brings light into the room. The whole room painted. A new carpet, new mattress, new hair dryer... absolutely wonderful. I love this hotel its my no1 fav place to stay and I now call it my home from home. I have stayed for Christmas and my birthday. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I loved my breakfast. A place I can truly relax. Thank you all at comfort inn.

The only fault that does need fixing is the bathroom floor right by the bathtub has a soft spot. It feels like you're going to fall through the floor. I'm sure they are aware and I meant to mention it during my stay. Apart from this which didn't bother me too much everything else was brilliant.

We had expected the hotel to be a fairly standard travel lodge, especially placed as it is next to a petrol station and MacDonalds, but we were pleasantly surprised how good it was. The room was large, clean and pleasantly furnished. The TV was easy to operate. The shower was hot and powerful. There was a problem in converting the water from tap to shower but it was fixed immediately on telling staff. The room was serviced every day leaving fresh towels and a tidy bed. It was a bit noisy but a fan was supplied in the room that allowed us to close the windows on a warm night. The breakfast was self serve and a good selection. Driving in tlo Arundel gave a great view (and was a lovely place to visit). There was also a micro-brewery opposite that was a pleasant place to spend an evening. All the staff were really helpful.

The breakfast was a bit cool when we got to it (so probably best to go early). Staff were on hand but you needed to catch their attention so it was very much a self-serve situation.

Convince of distance from where my car broke down an walking distance from the work site. The overall cleanliness an how well presented the room was an thoughtfulness of having the heating on, an the simple but well showcased entrance. The training staff member was top notch in how they delivered their customer service. Would stay again.

Minimal vending machine options given the time of the evening although the service station an McDonald's were handy. Some urine stains an leftover skid marks in the bottom of the toilet.

This hotel showed a very high level of service and cleanliness. Our shower broke, they fixed it the same day. Housekeeping was done in a timely fashion and very thoroughly. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was quieter than I expected for its location near a busy main road, probably because of the other businesses shielding it from the traffic noise. We were delighted to find we could walk to Arundel town centre (OK along a busy road, but there were good pavements) so we could both sample the delights of the town's good pubs and restaurants. Expect a 25-minute walk, a bit hilly but with lovely views.

The bed wasn't perfect and the hotel is pretty basic in appearance, but they more than made up for that with service. Thanks to all the staff.

I never had breakfast on the holiday because I normally wake up late, and breakfast time is done by then. The rooms were big and spacious. The bed and hotel were so clean. The staffs are so friendly and have good communication skills. We came into the hotel premises earlier than the normal time and were allowed to check in. I sill definitely come back.

Some of the beaches around are not very good, except the one very close to butlins attraction park

Very comfortable very clean and very quiet, staff were very accomodating

I was originally booked in for the 13 and 14th of December. Unfortunately my mother's health took a turn for the worse so I bought my visit forward to the 6th,7th and 8th. Sadly my mum passed away as I was driving down. When I enquired whether there was any chance of a refund for the 13th and 14th I was informed there was a no refund policy. A little compassion wouldn't have gone amiss here. Policies are for the guidance off the wise and the obeyance of fools.
