Premier Inn Abu Dhabi Capital Centre

We stayed for a couple of hours during our layover in Abu Dhabi. The hotel staffs are very helpful and quickly prepared a room for us. We had a very strange layover time for that the staff helped us in the correct manner. We didn't stay for one night, but we wanted to explore Abu Dhabi by staying for a couple of hours. They allowed us early check-in and early checkout without any extra charge that's a wonderful gesture. We checked in at 10 AM and checked out at 11 PM. The wifi is good for the 'work from home' option. They have a restaurant too in the hotel. But there is Lulu mall near to it from where you'll get groceries and food for cheap. The bus 40 is the nearest bus top and it's well connected to the city center. There are other bus stops near it. The hotel has a free bus shuttle service to the Yas Mall (Ferrari World). Tips: 1. Buy a sim to explore Abu Dhabi 2. Keep some cash in hand 3. Buy a Hafilat public transport card (cash accepted only) at the airport.

This was my first stay at this hotel. Every thing went well starting from the smiling and welcoming staff at the reception till the checkout and end of our stay. Our request for the extra bed for our kid was fulfilled immediately upon arrival. Underground parking is also available for free. Location is little far from the city center but it was a good place to have a walk with the kids at evening and enjoy the greenery. Hotel is close to Abu Dhabi Exhibition Center but it was very quiet without much of cars and noises. There is also a small grocery and ZOOM supermarket close by.

Didn't face any issue..

The hotel offered free busses to the main attractions, which was nice. But it could be better organized, they use a first come first serve principle but when the bus arrived everybody just ran. The pool was nice and the breakfast was plenty. The area around the hotel is not very populated but clean and safe. There are many public busses to the city center (very cheap!), but they take around an hour.

The busses to the attractions should be better organized. We were there 20 minutes early and among the first people waiting, but when the bus came, everybody abandoned the order and just ran. We had trouble getting a seat. This could be avoided with a simple queuing system. There is not much to do in the immediate surroundings. There is a good Indian place and some shops, but that is it.

Comfortable and friendly hotel, with wonderful staff. Perfectly located for the ADNEC just across the road, Immediately identifiable to UK visitors as a Premier Inn, so a mostly no-frills experience. But the Premier Inns in, say, Basildon don't usually have outside swimming pools or free coach excursions to the main tourist areas! Beds comfortable and air-conditioned, wifi is very good, and a decent range of food for breakfast. Also a good restaurant and bar that stays open late.

Had to request additional clothes hangers for the room. Surprising, given the number of business visitors they must get....

The cleanliness, the comfortable beds , helpful and attentive staff ( thank you ❤️) . Lovely bathroom . Very nice and comfortable stay. Now this felt like a five star hotel compared to my earlier booking in Dubai of grand excelsior diera I wish I had premier inn in Dubai as well. The location is really good in quiet area. Not sure if this are really available, it's good if you have your own car. Very quiet peaceful stay. There was extra bed in the room setting itself , thus making it a more comfortable stay with 2 kids , they kinda had their own tiny beds. ❤️. Very comfortable beds, I could keep sleeping all day. Thank you so much premier inn & the staff during my stay for making it a wonderful stay.

Little less options for veg during breakfast. And the way the booked eggs were put on something white ( sand type thing) , coz it stuck while I peeled them. The AC was very cool aroumd the lobby that goes from swimming pool to the changing rooms ( could be kept normally as it helps in kids not getting sick due to bring all wet just out of pool and going straight into cold AC). I think the phone in my room wasn't working, but I was too tired and busy to get it fixed, but I think the staff would've been very prompt to get it fixed . So it isn't really a negative. Rest all is amazing.

The location! Near Zayed sports city, the Grand Mosque, restaurants and supermarkets! If you like chinese please go to the Chinese restaurant in zayed sports city, inside the bowling area.wifii is good! Parking lot for free and breakfast is also good!

The pool seems to be nice but it has shade most of the time however they provide towels! Breakfast is good but they could have pancakes for kids! We stayed 5 nights and the last 2 I couldn’t sleep well. 1st night at 11pm fire alarm but a strange one, with kids sleeping, nobody could tell us what was the problem! A big sound coming from the stairs- we were at 10th floor! Someone said that hotel was okay..someone was smoking on the non smoking area! After 10min it happened the same! 2nd night again we were sleeping and the emergency light inside our room, turned on! No sound and then someone told us that maybe it was the kettle …no iron for the clothes! Maybe hotel has the sensors wrong I really don’t know! In the morning nothing was said…

1- The location 2- They cooperated with us and we checked out 1 pm instead of 12 pm 3- The rooms are clean

1-The rooms are very clean that are not equipped with hotel supplies (only gel shower & shampoo is there)😂😂 When we asked for slippers they told us we have to pay 5 AED each 😂😂 We have visited many hotels in diff countries and this the first time i heared about it😂😂 Thank god they didn't charge us for tissue box😂😂 2-We have activated the cards 4 times in 2 days which is very annoying that we stuck in the elevator every time to re-activate it😑😑 3- The breakfast for 1 Time only but it's not written here when i reserved the hotel

I like the location, it's a really convenient distance from/to the airport. The facility is nice especially the restaurant operating until late hours. It's handy if you have late arrival. Food is good and very friendly waitresses. Taxi almost always in the front door, which was super helpful when I had to look for the pharmacy at 3AM cause my daughter got sick. The hotel is located only few minut away from the Sheik Zayed Mosque and they had the shutter bus operating twice a day. Clean, comfortable room

Nasty taxi driver in the front door making weird comments about my 4 year old daughter. Unfortunately blue eyes and white hair get unwanted attention.

Ideally situated for the National Conference Centre. My room was spacious and had efficient air con. Comfy mattress. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the very welcoming and friendly staff there. Not much to see around there apart from tall buildings and embassies but I was at a Conference and not sight seeing!!

Day one- problems with getting hot water and getting shower to drain. Once reported they sent a member of security up who sorted everything out. Apparently hot water isn’t always there early- which is when I tend to have a shower!

The room was clean and comfortable. The dinner was really nice and so was the breakfast. The pool was nice and warm and the jacuzzi was a nice surprise! Probably never or hardly ever gets direct sun but since the water was warm it was not a problem and needed less sun screen! Pooja at reception was lovely and the lifeguard from the pool and the lady at the restaurant were too. I was not so amused by a man that told me to rate the hotel good rating when I checked out, really unprofessional.
