Great breakfast and great location.

The bathroom was quite smelly.

The hotel is located in one of the best places in the city center very close (walking distance) to the old town (literally 5 min or less walk) and to all the markets and also great transport link if you wish to visit places like Mall of Antalya , Antalya Aquarium etc. staff was very very helpful , when I checked in , there was an issue with toilet and the staff has immediately shifted me to another room as I was tired and he didn’t wanted to keep me waiting and promised to put me to change my room with a better room next dat and the hotel staff did as they promised this means a lot to me. breakfast is really good and two ladies are always there to help. i was working remotely and after intense work whenever i go out or come in back to the hotel i was always greeted by this guy in reception with a great smile , sorry forget his name , he has long hair with glasses . I highly highly recommend this place if you are traveling for family or even solo travel this is the most affordable best class hotel in best location. once gain to all the staff teşekkürler hope to see you soon

nothing bad to say to be honest

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was reasonably good with decent coffee. The location was excellent for exploring Antalya and getting down to the marina.

Not enough hangers in the wardrobe but this was rectified on requesting more. The room was quite small and difficult to find space for our suitcases. The fruit at breakfast was limited to apples which was a shame as there is so much fruit in Turkey and it would have been nice to have a selection.

Well located hotel with all basic needs covered. -Great location near to all the cool spots: old town, harbour, beach tram, museum -Unlimited buffet breakfast -Great value for money -Friendly and helpful staff

-The room has a strong bad smell (car urine? sewage?). We were offered an alternative but it was a lot smaller and without air-con -Cats everywhere trying to get inside, watch out! -Breakfast was fresh and plentiful but not very tasty -very loud spot as there is a night club next door

Fantastic location, near the old city. Easy access to bus and tram to get to airport. The room itself is very luxurious, almost like a four or five star hotel. Very good breakfast buffet with full spread including water and tea/coffee as much as we wanted.

Would have been nice if there were cold water bottles kept before our arrival since we arrived in the middle of Antalya heat. There was even no coffee machine like in other hotels. The lighting was also very dark. Just a small inconvenience.

Very clean, nice comfortable bed, a/c is not noisy and perfects well. Location is just perfect to the Old center, and still it's calm side street. Decent breakfast. Polite staff at the reception.

In the bathroom in the room 509 some remains from old tap was in the wall. Just I don't understand why it's not to cover with anything. Small room and bathroom, but for several nights it's ok for the city hotel.

Close to town centre and find a place as you like to go. Easy to come and go to airport with the Metro They have a very good customer service one of the staff he’s name is Abubakr  he’s very good to people all the other tourist as well to find places

Staff super helpful, air con brilliant, shower excellent power, location couldn't be better, supermarket just around corner and restetaunt next door.. Taxi rank outside.. Very quiet and had good night sleep . Cold Drinks available in lobby. Stayed 2 nights. Thank you so much Merve hotel. I'll be back.

Needs a refurb.
