Hotel is gorgeous, clean and a wonderful experience.

The service in the restaurant was poor and they forgot about us while we were having dinner. Asked to sit so we weren't by the speaker and they said no. There were other tables available. The waiter was going to bring me something and forgot. Not offered a 2nd drink. My wife got tired of waiting for bill and left. I waited while he bused another table even though I was signaling him to come over. 10 minutes later he came with the bill finally. The food was okay. Wanted coffee in the morning, but was told no coffee until 9 am. I was given a tea though. We didn't bother with breakfast there and I went down the street to get some lattes. I was like really you can't have a have a Keurig or a Nespresso at the bar for someone that gets up before 9?

The stay at Casa Sur was exceptional. I booked a double room with a garden view but upon arrival, I received a room with a street view. My request was considered by the administrator very quickly and I was suggested a better room without additional payment as all of the other rooms were booked. Thank you so much for your attentiveness to your guests, this reaction definitely got my loyalty to this hotel! The room was extremely neat and tidy, awesome variety of lighting in the room, and the very nice detail - tangerine shampoos and shower gels - awesome smell. Big windows which gave lots of light to the room and the garden view. The overall hotel area is like a garden hidden in the center of the old town - a small oasis in the sounds of the city. English-speaking staff, very friendly and polite and looking forward to helping you their best. I haven't heard any of the neighbors throughout the whole stay. And btw the hotel restaurant suggests a delicious breakfast, I regret I haven't visited it before. So, the hotel's really great, with many nice details which give you a feeling that you're valued here as a guest and you're being heard here to enjoy your stay. 11/10

Offers of help for transportation, detailed arrival instructions, style-forward interior design and garden, recommendations to local business people, from also local professionals! Please, take all the positive comments already provided but add . . the entire team at Casa Sur Antalya is immediately there for you, for any request or last minute concern. We can't wait to return.

The Old Town location within the old city walls is unforgettable, but that does mean evenings can be loud. If silence is your first priority, stay out by the beach some where instead.

I chose this hotel as I wanted something special for a holiday with my family. Casa Sur absolutely met (and surpassed) our expectations. The rooms and the garden are beautiful, the staff are attentive and very friendly, making you feel at home. Everyone at the bar, the waiters, the cleaning lady and reception staff were on point with their service. Special thanks to Berk who arranged two boat trips for us and generally made sure that we were well taken care of. We ended up eating and drinking at our hotel most evenings as we wanted to spend maximum time in our secret garden. The food and the cocktails were also delicious. I would definitely recommend this place and come again myself.

Breakfast was amazing and delicious, and I loved the story about the history of the house how they have been developed and renovated. The staff was very helpful and the location was close to most of tourist attractions so it was quite convenient for us to explore around in few days. Also they have like around 6 rooms so it wasn't too busy therefore very cosy and nice environment to stay for us.

We took a tour package arranged by the hotel but it was quite expensive compared to others. We were in rush so we just took the option but if we visited again I would rather arrange something else myself. The shower in the room that we stayed was sometimes blocked but it wasn't a major issue.

its like to be hosted by a family in their house! ancient hotel since 1850 that was renovated in 2019. only four rooms, with huge garden that is the restaurant. staff is great and can help any request. the location in the top rated part of the old city which the target for the all tourists. there is a secret roof which you can set and watch the old gates and people.

the location is pet friendly, so it have a dog and 3 cats which walk freely in the lobby and garden can reach the rooms floor also, which I personally dont like. me and my wife get annoyed by the pets at the breakfast , once they smell the food.

Bed was super comfy, room is nicely decorated and spotless and they replace complementary bottles of water everyday. They provide complementary shampoo, body lotion, shower gel, slippers, dental kit, shaving kit...beach towels are also available on request. Staff will help you with anything you might need (rental car, taxi, etc.) The garden is wonderful for breakfast or just to have a drink.

Noise/loud music is constant everyday at night because of the area where the hotel is situated, so bring your earbuds. At least party finishes at around 1am... Some issues came across our stay but the staff made everything they could to amend their mistakes, which were highly appreciated by us.

This place is dreamy, the house is magnificent, rooms exceptional, garden to die for, photos do not do it justice. I'd recommend this place to anyone, and people with pets, service is out of this world -Turkish hospitality on a whole different level, starting with a waiter (Murat), chef (Habiba), barmen, receptionist (Bear), the owner (Sena), and owner's dog (Rumi), all very cool. The food was very very good (they have a restaurant, a la carte), even for a vegetarian (not always the case), breakfast very tasty, the freshest orange juice made from the oranges picked from the trees in the garden. Nice location, situated at the entrance to the Old City yet close to the tram street where the shops are. We truly enjoyed our stay here, will come back in summer.

Even the weather couldn't spoil the experience, lots of rain in winter here, but it's not too cold, manageable. Another plus- one can get breakfast/dinner in the garden, in a covered, heated area.

The staff made the stay a pleasant one. They are professional and very friendly. Bear was so helpful during our stay and responded to feedback instantly which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful with unbeatable views and beautiful garden. The interiors of the room are amazing and tasefully decorated. It was a great choice!

Given the location is in the old town, the noise level at night was not very convenient especially during weekend times. Perhaps there should be a reception staff on call at night who can speak English whom guests can reach out to in case of emergency. Also it would be useful to connect the telephone as well. Breakfast is delicious but can make use of variety on every day.
