Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and they got our room ready for us before check in. The pool and restaurant area is always clean and is a lovely quiet area to relax. The location is perfect, near restaurants and shops but not too busy and you can't hear any noise from the hotel

Never quite sure what is being served at breakfast as there was no labels but the food was always good.

location was perfect, live music some evenings, comfortable beds, air conditioning, lovely pool.

bar offered cocktails and shisha / hookah but for our stay it seemed these weren’t available.

The location was great, breakfast was nice standard Turkish breakfast, garden was really cool to sit in, we enjoyed having breakfast there. Room size was good as well.

The room was nice and clean, however, the chaise lounge and the jacuzzi on the top floor were quite dirty, we had to request stuff to clean them so that we can use them. However, they were really helpful and cleaned them promptly when we asked them to do so.

We enjoyed our stay at the Castle hotel. The location in great - right in the heart of the old town and close to the breathtaking sea views. Our rooms has been cleaned everyday, so I don’t have any complaints about it. We also got new towels daily. The cleaning lady was very nice. The food was nice also - we got breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is the same everyday but it makes you full enough. Dinner is different throughout the week, so it was good value for the money. We also enjoyed how nice and helpful were two waiters from the stuff. I’m sorry I don’t know the names. The reception stuff was also helpful.

Standard rooms are small so it you planning on spending a lot of time indoors - keep that in mind. We were outside so it was not the problem for us. When ordering something at the restaurant ask first if that’s included in your plan. We had an unpleasant incident when we had wine at dinner without knowing the price of it (I didn’t realise the alcohol drinks were not included in the price and the waiter didn’t warn me or gave me a check after the dinner - they just put it on our room number, so we had to pay a lot when another waiter finally informed me about it).

Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff and great communication through messages before checking in. We were able to park right by the door as well. The location is excellent by old town. Breakfast buffet was good as well! Very gorgeous center area, with clean and refreshing pool and bar.

Rooms were comfortable, we booked two rooms. However it was hard to get AC working on a normal flow, so it kept turning off, so room gets super cold and wake up hot with the AC not flowing. Water pressure was great, but temperature was hot and cold up and down. The breakfast was great, but although we are big animal lovers, was tricky to eat breakfast by the pool, as small kittens were literally hoping on the table for food :) Not a huge deal for us, but I think some people may not like that.

Staff were friendly, breakfasts good, location was excellent, evening meals were good. It's clear the hotel is going through some minor renovations as it's the end of the season. So a few things were being fixed but this didn't impact the visit. But overall easily value for money.

There were occasional late night 'loud' conversations being held outside the hotel, by staff. I'm not sure they appreciate the sound level late at night and how it's amplified in the rooms at the front.

It was easy to upgrade the room to a larger room, it was spacious enough for 2, it was clean, the location of the hotel was close to everything in the center. The breakfast area around the swimming pool really nice.

The location have positive and negative sides, because of the loud music till late hours every night , it was difficult to sleep or to rest till midnight or after midnight!, and the internet connection to the iPhone was difficult it kept disconnecting!

Excellent location, in the heart of the Old city centre, super kind staff (especially Mr Omer, very professional Front Office Manager and also Irem), huge breakfast served in open space with super nice swimming pool.

The room was not so quiet during the night.

very noisy music from next-door restaurant. They played life music till midnight.
