Television had no channel for non Thai speaker. Price paid through booking.com was significantly higher than available at the hotel.

Large, clean room, large balcony, the bathroom was well equipped, hanging options on the balcony and in the bathroom and a great pool. 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

the main street at the hotel unfortunately doesn't offer that many options for dining or shopping.

We had stayed here before and glad we came back. this hotel is centrally located but not in a busy area. you can easily walk to the night markets in town or walk to the beach or take a soongteaw to many different attractions. the hotel is set back from the main road so no road noises. The rooms are super clean and have everything you need for a long or short stay, including a nice size balcony. the staff are super friendly, helpful and speak (good) English. There is also a pool to cool down in.

We cant think of anything we didn't like.

Exceptionally clean, very quiet, very comfortable, in a really handy location for the beach, night market and village market which made for a fantastic holiday

The set breakfast was a bit limited

clean, quiet, friendly staff, great location- next to villa market ( don’t confuse with market villa the shopping complex down the road!). great supermarket, small cafe , on other side of the hotel couple minute walk to a 7/11 and Tops supermarket. pool good for cooling off. we were using hotel as a base to visit family in the area, stayed in both a superior room - which we would rate as ‘adequate ‘ . also stayed in deluxe double room which was fantastic and amazing value for money . we didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on it .

no negatives about the property, set really well back from the main road, no traffic noise. for info. though you have to cross the busy main road to get down to the beach which takes 10 mins.

Absolutely everything was awesome. Really great staff!!! Always friendly, kompetent and helpful. excellent cleaning of the room, kompetent and friendly reception-staff, and even the nightguard is great. :-) The room was really modern, very clean and everything worked perfectly from tv over keycard to shower. Absolutely everything you possibly need is in walking distance. For some people the way to the beach might be a little „far“ (about 5-10 minute walk, but for us more than ok as we don’t mind walking a little bit during holiday. Nice little pool for swimming and relaxing. We loved the place, so we even extended our stay. In our opinion a full recommendation in this price/star-category.

very clean, central location, next to Villa Market where we can buy imported gluten free bread, also there is a good selection of wines at Monsoon valley wine bar plus coffee plus meals, so convenient!

extra 300 Bht charge if you want to get hotel to book a taxi, where else do not incur fees.

Hotel very clean, in the city center

The room was the prefect size with a mountain view. The room was cleaned exceptionally well every day and the hotel location was perfect, well within walking distance of all amenities. Staff all spoke excellentEnglish and were friendly and helpful.

I can't think of any negatives.
