Thipurai City Hotel

When I was robbed, the hotel extended my stay even though I had already checked out. They offered to go with me to thr police, and when I left Hua Hin they drove me to the coach station. Wonderful service.

Being really picky, the roof top pool is a bit small !

Really good location in the hearth of Hua Hin city center, staff is super friendly and they will go the estra mile to make you feel at home, Thai hospitality is clearly been confirmed with the kindness and mood of the staff. It's clearly tough to smile these days with all that is going on, cost skyrocketing and managing an hotel while an economic downturn like the one we live at present really gives them credit. Wish them all the best.

If you come by car parking is a bit limited and the street is quite narrow to access so you have to be extremely careful going in an out, there is always security / hotel staff keeping an eye and helping with the manovring so really not an issue.

Location is great Staff is great Good value

Minor things such as mattress springs, tv audio quality, no hook on bathroom door to hang clothes. Pool drain might need some cleaning/bad smell

Staff were always so helpful. They are a credit to the hotel. Nothing was ever a problem for them.

Interior renovations were being done on the room next to us. I think we should have been moved to another room.

Breakfast was served in the form of a small buffet. For 200 Bath you got a good and sufficient breakfast. (On the website it says 300 Bath). Mostly European menu, some Thai food in between. Short distance to the beach and the surrounding restaurants. Great staff.

There are old locks on the doors with an ordinary door key. The doors close when you leave the room and it is easy to get locked out. The doors often close with a loud bang. It's annoying to be woken up by slamming doors. It's time to change the door locks. There was no safe in the room. Money and other important possessions could be kept at reception. Every time there was a need for possessions, one had to go to reception to have the safe unlocked there. It was quite inconvenient. There were smooth tiles in the room. Had to be very careful not to slip. WIFI was slow and spotty. So were the TV signals.

Have stayed here before good location for beach and night life

Even although I have stayed here before their is no safe deposit box in room and no tea or coffee facilities. I generally don’t eat breakfast but like a cup of tea in the morning. First day there I went to restaurant explained that I only wanted cup of tea no breakfast, was told to go to reception to buy ticket, I don’t think the waiter understood me, but the receptionist spoke to him and it was fine. With my partner we generally stay at other hotels.

I’ve stayed here on many occasions, it’s a great location for everything.

6th floor facing night life, best rooms junior suite, but you can hear training at the Thai boxing gym, and thumping music from the bars. BUT, if like me you come prepared with boots, silicone ear plugs, then no problem. or if your out late at the bars, again no problem, but not for me. And also hardly anyone these days gives a monkey about being thoughtful to other people in the hotel, or any hotel, they SLAM the doors day or night. I have a solution, but I know it’s against the law !!.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable room, good wifi. Regularly providing more water, towels and toilet paper. Nice balcony.

You only get one wifi code per person which can be annoying if you have a few devices. The pool is on the smaller side. Staff also tried to charge us twice for our booking even though we had paid on booking.com already but this seemed to be a technical error.

Location is great. Room spacious & bright, overlooking pool. Good shower Staff were all friendly & helpful, our room cleaner was lovely The pool was good We had breakfast which was well topped up, nice fresh fruit & a good choice

Pillows were new & fresh but too thick for me to sleep on ! But it was not a problem

Great central location to beach, bars, restaurants, markets. Superb buffet breakfast only 200thb each. Friendly staff always smiling & helpful. Booked 4 days, stayed 14 👍😅

1st Deluxe room had brick wall 12” away from window, not like photos, but easily changed. WiFi wasn’t the fastest, securist or most reliable, problem if you need to work.
