Parc Borough City Resort -SHA Extra Plus

Everything was perfect and made us feel like home. Breakfast was wonderful and we had a lot of choices.

Although the place are near the airport, but are a little far from the downtown area.

Airport was very close and free shuttle was offered both ways. We had some issues but the staff tried their best and eventually made it right by allowing us to check out late for our flight and refunding one night because of our issues. Breakfast was tasty but tailored to Asian. The room is small but doesn’t feel claustrophobic and the free mini bar was great!

We had to move rooms twice 1. The honeymoon suite’s air con outside vent is right up against the wall meaning the bedroom is loud and vibrates when it is on, we couldn’t sleep. 2. The second room was the parc suite which was nice and quieter but when we went to bed the we noticed there was some kind of leak at the pillow, it was soaking and dirty. It was late at night but we had to move again. the new room was fine but we were tired of moving.

Hotel rooms are set up like an apartment. If you come with others and need room to work or a little "me" time theis space is perfect. I ate at the restaurant and Cafe. Both were delicious. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. It's not the far local markets and not to far from the airport/ or train station.

Private and calm hotel. We got the family-like room that has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with living room, kitchen and dining table which is good for our friend and family group. Like the spacious space in our room. Comfy bedroom with nice view.

It could be better to have 3 bathrooms in this 3 bedrooms.

Very beautiful property with big rooms and wonderful stuff. Extra clean and great breakfast selection.

Location is not near the center of the town where all the city attractions are. Definitely need a car to get places. Grab app (like Uber) is super convenient. Closer to the airport than the town. If you want dinner other than what the hotel chef makes then you need a car to get downtown.

The staff, the rooms & the amenities were fantastic. It is close to the airport.

We were on vacation & didn't find the location was central to the sights or restaurants at all. The pool area needs to be upgraded. The water was very cold & the chairs were old

Room was very clean and beautiful.Staff was helpful. Hotel located near airport and near city center. Price is reasonable, I booked the room and got upgrade to Honeymoon Suit Room. Our childrens were very happy.

There were a few drinking water, just 2 bottle, we had to buy more in a bit expensive price for a little bottle.

Great apartment style room! It was very spacious and comfortable. Perfect if you have a flight in the morning and need to get a good night rest before.

The pool seemed neglected. But as we, I suppose many people stay at the hotel due to its proximity to the airport and dont really use the pool.

everything. location just outside the square of chaing Mai, a 30 minute walk or 5 minute tuk tuk ride. all the staff were amazing and would highly recommend to anyone visiting chaing Mai
