Nap in chiangmai

Next to Le Meridien hotel where my work function was at (1.5min walk). There is a 7 Eleven at the ground floor (hotel lobby is at first floor). Comfy bed, clean, new decor look, strong shower water pressure, fast wifi, decent sized room. Friendly receptionist and help at the hotel, helpful with our questions, even helped with our luggage when we first arrived. Plenty of massage places around the hotel. Room was at an excellent price too - we paid MYR600++ (4400+ baht) for 4 nights stay. Very near to the night markets too.

Room on the smaller size if you bring a big luggage. I brought medium luggage and had to maneuver around the bed with it. You also need to climb one flight of stairs to get to the hotel lobby (first floor) - the ground floor is a 7 Eleven. The breakfast choices was below average if you are a practising Muslim - only choices are eggs (can be done 3 ways - scrambled, fried, boiled), whole wheat bread with butter & strawberry jam/orange marmalade, premade waffles with honey, cornflakes, muesli with milk, coffee tea & juice (alternate orange/apple). View out of my room window (room 401) was the roof of nearby structure.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, great location very close to Chiang Mai Night Bazaar. 7 - Eleven on the ground floor of the building. Security 24 hours. We left our medicine behind then contacted the hotel while we were in Chiang Mai Airport. They were very helpful and response quickly. We received our medicine on time before departure from Chiang Mai. Thank you so much Nap In team, you made us have a great time and wonderful memories.

At the time when we stayed, breakfast was not available. Please check with the property customer service for update if you preferred breakfast. Alternatively, you can have breakfast in the hotel nearby for a good price.

the room so clean, the cleaner never missed to clean our room every day when we go out, aircond functioning very good and all the staff very kind especially the guy who takes our luggage and bring up to the hotel everytime customer arrives and also bring our luggage to the grab car when we check out.the receptionists so friendly and helpful when i asked about the cafe and etc. the hotel very convenient because just 2 minutes walking distance to night market, ATM and 7eleven just at first floor of hotel. the location of hotel so safe even for solo travaller too.

The location is very convenient. It's close to everything/ walkable, and the 7-11 and ATMs are just down the building.

We requested a late checkout prior to arrival, and it was already confirmed in the exchange of messages sent between the property and us, but on our last day, we were told that we can only extend for 30 minutes. It was a bit of a hassle when we already planned our sak yant tattoo sessions which finished at 1pm. So we were left with no choice but to checkout even earlier than normal and just have our bags kept there.

Both of our rooms during our stay are clean, tidy and smell good. We had to move to different room due to unavailability on specified date. Bellman quick action carried out luggage and share information of places we need to visit based on our needs. Walking distance to halal places and market as well 🤍 comfort night sleep with clean utilities, soft pillow and bed. Receptionist and bellman able to speak English and fulfill our needs during our stay.

Nothing. I'm particular about cleanliness and this place is good and quiet to sleep peacefully.

The ladies from reception, the housekeeping and security staff are very friendly. At the reception we could get useful information. Room was exactly as it shown in the photos. Very clean, specious and comfortable for 3 of us. Refrigerator and flat screen is available. Bottle of water per person per day is offered free of charge. Taxi approximately takes about 15-20 minutes from the airport to the hotel. Close to restaurants, bars and night market. Some tempel in walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel and we will come back.

Great, smiling staff. The room looks new and clean. Location close to night market and about 20 min walk to old city and sunday night market. There are taxis out and 7/11, laundry, etc adjacent. I stayed twice. The second time I got a standard room which was too small with no place to put my backpack (no closets or anything), luckily the changed my room which was better, so be advised there is not much space for luggage in some rooms.

The noise. You can hear the people open the shower in the next room, or walking in and out so that wasnt plesant. At night and eaely morning is the worst.

Everything this hotel has been open for 8 years but when I walked into the lobby everything was so spotlessly clean I was sure it had just opened. I was met in the front of the hotel by a gentleman who took my bags up the reception. I was about two and a half hours early for check-in but the room was ready and they kindly let me check in which was nice because I had just gotten off a 13-hour bus trip. The girls at reception were so friendly and helpful they are an asset to the hotel. The location of the hotel is about a hundred meters from the night market not far from the large wet Market by the moat and also very close maybe six hundred meters from Chinatown absolutely fantastic location. The room's spotless and had all of the amenities anyone would need flat screen TV refrigerator coffee maker very good water pressure fast Wi-Fi. I will be honest when I tell you I looked for any problems and I couldn't find anything to complain about in this room I will definitely make this my hotel when I am in Chiang Mai for future trips

The only issue I had was I had to log back in to Wi-Fi a couple of times a day it seemed to drop me and wouldn't remember me I was able to get in okay and the speed was great it's just it I had to log in and it seemed to not remember my device. This is not a big deal and it surely would not keep me from staying here again.

Everything was very beautiful. The place felt that I was in my other house when I return to Sheng May again and I will return soon and the house of the other. There is also an employee named Nana. She is a very wonderful employee who served you and served others. Thank you, but I and there is also an old man. I don't know his name always works in

I stayed here due the shower reviews, and I was NOT disappointed. While I had one place with an even better rain shower in Bangkok, this was a close 2nd. This is a great place with a prime location for walking to everything you could want or need. Plus there are cute stray cats that dutifully guard the 7-11 convenience store below it. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, firm beds.

No pool, but there is a really nice pool at the hotel right across the street you can use for a small day fee so it wasn't a problem.
