The toilet and shower could be a bit bigger

Friendly and professional staff, overall hotel was very clean, breakfast was pricey (150 baht) but much better than expected! We enjoyed breakfast but didn’t eat in the hotel everyday because there was so much more authentic and delicious food in the area. Bottled water was also complimentary and we appreciated that a lot. Pool was a nice and relaxing retreat in a hot afternoon. A little small, but does its job.

- Room was small, no wardrobes, but acceptable for the price you pay. No place to sit around or relax, so we stayed out of the room most times. - Toilet was very aesthetically pleasing but not functional. Lacked basic stuff like a soap dish or rack in the shower to place your shampoo bottles. Sink area also lacked counter space to place toiletries; we ended up using a glass and propping it between the tap and wall just to create storage space. - Shower area was very small, water can overflow very easily because the floor depth was very shallow. Don’t take luxurious showers here unless you want to flood your toilet.

This is the most wonderful hotel for so many reasons! - excellent location! 5 minute walk to daily street food market - great swimming pool that was clean and towels were provided - comfortable bed in a beautifully decorated room with all toiletries supplied - delicious breakfast with refills of fresh OJ! - most importantly the staff! Ked and her team were nothing but accommodating. We were welcomed with a refreshing juice and sweet treat, and every time we were by the pool we were given a cold drink. The whole team went out of their way to help us and we couldn’t thank them more! This really was the perfect hotel, definitely book if you are looking for a fabulous place to stay that is run by wonderful people and is great value for money 😊😊😊

The hotel and premises are great, small but cozy. Location was as expected, between the Old Town and Night Bazaar. So it is close enough for most of the stuff I needed. Breakfast was nice, you can choose from a selection of dishes the previous day. Room was small but working and clean. The staff was fantastic, helpful and friendly.

Even though the room is small, one could add a bit of functional space to store parts of the luggage. For example a drawer under the bed or some shelf on wall.

The staff is excellent; they are extremely helpful. The rooms are very clean and, although very small, they are "cozy." The location is excellent. The swimming pool is accessible but I don't use pools so no comment. This is my first choice of hotels in Chiang Mai.

The breakfast could be better. It's adequate but the options are not my first choices. The eggs are prepared somewhat runny, I like fully cooked. However they are filling and the coffee is hot!

It is so quiet!! First time in a week i haven't had to wear earplugs to sleep, it waa bliss. Beautiful soft bed, very clean. The breakfast (pre order the night before) was presented well and very tasty. Great spot, just outside the old town but everything is in walking distance. The staff were also really great.

The only things can suggest would be to have espresso coffee offered with breakfast and also drinks available throughout the day (cocktails by the pool would be the cherry on top).

special thanks goes to the amazing staff of Kate and Hasu (much love to you all). We felt like we were staying with friends. It's a boutique, so of course it's stylish, the rooms are really nice and made to feel comfortable. We stayed on the upper floor, so we had an amazing view. The sun deck is also very nice. The location is really good. It's a short walk to old town and a really short way to escape the city if you want. We found it to be our favorite part of Chiang Mai. The breakfast was amazing! :) We will come back, please wait for us!

The pool could be warmer, it hardly ever gets sun. The rooms are quite small.

The staff were great and the breakfasts were very good. Excellent coffee and fruit!

Bathrooms were tiny and the shower curtain was in the way. Given the size of the bathroom it will be difficult to fix this issue. The doors do not close easily, that alarm was going off fairly frequently.

The room was very clean and new and the bed very comfy. They welcomed us with tea and cakes in the room. Kad, the manager, is a very funny and service oriented lady. The location is very good and right in the city center.

We would have expected a bit more space to sit and relax for breakfast and at the pool. In reality there is one big room at the reception area. However, the price, location and room are very good.

Nice modern boutique hotel. Great location. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure for shower. Tasty breakfast Very clean. Quiet both during the day and night. Plenty of room to park. Nice little lap pool. Excellent staff, especially Ked. Fast and reliable wifi

No English speaking tv programmes, but not a big deal. Like most hotels, in order to keep the AC on to keep the room cool, you had to leave the entry key in the room.
