We had the best time staying here. It was perfect and accommodated. The location is super strategic, it is in the centre of Ao Nang. With 24hours operating McDonalds and 7Eleven, Starbucks & Watsons just in-front the door. Room was spacious, clean and comfy. Aircond works perfectly fine, we had no trouble to sleep as the bed was so comfy. The Lady Owner was so nice and welcoming, she even waited for us to welcome us and showed us to our room. It was so easy to communicate with her, can just Whatsapp her and she will replied promptly. The toilet was clean and I love the bidet, water pressure is good. No noise at all, it was so quiet at night. Oh I love the balcony as well, it was really spacious and they even provided a rack to hang and dry your clothes. Overall, it was a great stay and highly recommended, will definitely come back!

Great location, near 7/11, secure tap card door access after 10pm, balcony for drinks/chat. Lightly furnished with essential furnitures in the room that made the room very clean and spacious environment.

Bed is alittle too soft. Bathroom has no ventilation fan kinda stuffy. Showerhead is wore out and cannot be held in a position. Takes long time for the aircon to cool the entire room. Will be great if there are table & chairs available at the balcony instead of the tanning sofa, to allow guest to choose from. Overall for the price paid. It is well-balanced between value and comfort.

The place and the owner are absolutely wonderful! You get all that you need in the room, very spacious good size bathroom, a place for your clothes, desk and tv. It’s located in the best place yet you feel secluded, short walk to any restaurant/bar/ markets (7eleven McDonalds Starbucks just in front) there’s a tour kiosk right at the entrance where you can plan any trip and there’s a wonderful spa very reasonably priced and GREAT massages without you having to even go outside! We loved all the staff was very welcoming and always attentive to us even before we check in. If you’re debating definitely choose this place, we had the best stay.

It was not a problem for us at all but there are a lot of stairs so keep in mind before bringing any heavy luggage and also a hairdryer would be nice to have inside the room. We found some food previous guest left behind inside the fridge and 1 night we found a cockroach inside the room which we had to kill so I’ll give cleanliness a solid 8/10

where do I start the stay was amazing from start to finish really nice accommodation friendly owners & staff that helped me alot on my stay with recommendations for places to eat & visit. the room was immaculate, very clean & fashionable & up to date with the times even with a Netflix & YouTube flat screen tv. The location was perfect really ideal to access the beach and night spots. highly recommended you won’t be disappointed can’t wait to visit here next year. thank you for an amazing stay. liam.

Exceptionally clean and spacious. Really nice accommodation for a very good price. Water, coffee and loo roll provided every day. Perfect location near to all necessities, shopping, bars and the beach. Quiet at night. Great hot shower. Beach towels and bathroom towels provided. Option to have your room cleaned every day. Able to leave bags for the day after check out. Views of the karsts from the windows, and there's a lot of windows. Really nice place to stay.

This hotel is perfectly located if you’re a beach go-er; we couldn’t have been happier with its location. The rooms look exactly like they’re pictured: spacious, clean, and comfortable. Bed is comfortable, AC works well, hot water is plentiful. We stayed for 4 nights and didn’t see or hear the construction at all…perhaps it is over! Excellent value for money. We were thrilled with our stay.

The only downsides to this hotel is the parking lot view and the close proximity to the bar street. Some nights the music was very loud, but with earplugs in we couldn’t hear a thing. NOT a dealbreaker (and we love our sleep).

It is on the Main Street which means that it is really convenient for everything. Starbucks and McDonalds are across the road and there are numerous 7/11's, aswell as restaurants and bars. It is only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The staff are really friendly and always say hello and are willing to help with any advice needed. The rooms are just like they look in the pictures and are clean, fresh and neutral. My room had a really good view of the mountain, which I enjoyed looking at while having my coffee in the morning. Beds are comfortable and I can't say that about everywhere I've stayed in Thailand.

It is a busy area, but the rooms are away from the main street, however, music can still be heard at times. I always bring ear plugs with me to hotels and once I put them in I couldn't hear anything so it wasn't a bother and I slept really well.

The toilet water temperature very nice. Staff very friendly. room very spacious and clean. We even got discount for the massage. Location at the middle of ao nang so near to everything.

The toilet got no ventilation it become quite smelly when closing the door. Not suitable for someone with bad knee due to lots of stairs.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Modern decor and our room was spotlessly clean. Our bedroom and bathroom were very spacious with plenty of storage space. Location was perfect - just a few minutes walk to the main beach and restaurants. Staff are lovely and very helpful. We’d highly recommend!

There was a little noise from surrounding restaurants / bars - but this wasn’t an issue as it’s what you expect in the main area of Ao Nang.
