Great location in heart of the old town, excellent breakfast with several hot offerings, including eggs, bacon & pancakes. Very modern and renovated. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds, pillows and overall comfortable room.

Weak water pressure from shower head. In room refrigerator didn't work. No air conditioning. Although it was a relatively short distance, it was an extremely difficult walk to the hotel from the train station, up very steep inclines with suitcases. I am 70, my wife 68. We were extremely exhausted by the time we reached the hotel, and my wife strained her shoulder. Somehow, the hotel should have advised us of this and discouraged walking from the station.

The hotel was in a great location and was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff were polite and friendly. The man at reception gave some excellent suggestions for the best way to walk through the vineyards outside Lausanne, which proved a real highlight of my stay.

The room was a bit warm in the summer (there was a fan but no air conditioning) and on the smaller side (the large bed filled most of the floor space). The room was also on the pricier side by European standards, but this is to be expected in Switzerland.

Wonderful location with easy access to multiples sites of interest. Quiet street, great staff and comfortable beds, excellent water pressure. Provides a citywide transportation pass at no extra cost. Highly efficient laundry service available on site at reasonable prices. Quiet off the beaten path, more a regional adult hotel than one with tourists. My third stay here, continues to maintain its high standards. Excellent relaxed breakfast room with coffees made to order. Many good quality restaurants nearby...walk to most of what you need. Top choice for a Lausanne visit.

Instructions on where to park and how to get to the hotel. The instructions were given,and we tried to follow them, but the Google maps could not locate the garage. Once we found the lift (otherwise we had luggage and a huge set of steps) on our own, things got better. The signage in Lausanne is not the best. The gentleman at the desk wouldn't listen to our issue and said... the directions are clearly written on the site... kinda implying we were stupid. Other than that, the place was good.

Check in was easy and I was impressed by the fresh clean lobby area and friendly reception staff. The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and bright and had underfloor heating which was great underfoot. There was complimentary still and fizzy water in glass bottles that were replaced daily in the mini fridge. Also a Nespresso coffee machine in the room was a good touch. Breakfast - very generous choices available. The breakfast waitress was very friendly and hard working. Brilliant. Location was great. In a quiet street nearby restaurants, shops and cafes. A short walk from the 'Riponne M. Béjart' metro station although beware of hills for those less able to walk.

Cannot find any negative comments although beware of the hilly location. The hotel can be difficult to walk to with a lot of luggage or for those less able to walk.

Everything was great. Front staff were helpful, breakfast was delicious with good variety and presently well. The room was comfortable. It was quite hot in Lausanne when we were there, but the room had a window air conditioner that cooled the room quickly. Excellent bathroom and shower. Nice coffee/tea room across the street and good pizza down the street. We arrived tired and at an awkward time so appreciated that we could get something decent to eat on the same street.

But one male named “Aug” needs to be commented for his behavior. see the conversation and Judge by yourself: I: I want to plan a boat ride to Yvoire, can I ask a question? The hotel is centrally located in Old Lausanne and within walking distance of metro stations. The room was sparkling clean and the bed was comfy. People at the reception are friendly and helpful.

nothing big. just that the room and the closet were small and my luggage didn't fit in the closet. there was barely enough room on the floor too so it got in the way. This hotel is a good option for solo travelers/ couples traveling lightly and for a few days

Excellent hotel within easy distance of metro station and afew minutes walk from the city centre. Bedroom was a good size with a comfortable bed. Small fridge in the room which was great and bottled water was provided each day. Breakfast had several choices and was very good. Overall a super hotel which I would recommend.

Soundproofing should be better (you could hear everything from the corridor - woke up every morning from the vacuum cleaner) Small details: Sirroco tea bags (same as the ones for the breakfast) in the room would be a nice upgrade. Toiletries (body care products) could be better
