The room has been recently renovated and has a modern slate bathroom with power shower. The bedroom has a beautiful wooden wall. The bed was very comfy but the pillows are typically Swiss style, so for international travellers may seem a bit thin. Stunning mountain views from the bedroom. Parking is very convenient and free of charge. Very nice Thai restaurant which caters for vegetarians. Friendly reception staff. The hotel is located in the centre of Ilanz, which is a small town but with quite a few restaurants, shops, cultural options within easy walking distance. Only 10 minute drive to Flims-Laax ski resort.

The staff were very helpful. The room and bathroom were separate as described (only across the hall). The hotel was really clean, tidy and provided everything we needed. The hotel had lockable storage for bicycles. We ate at the hotel and the food was really good.
The only negative was the traffic noise through the night, but we did have the window open. Probable fine with the window shut.

Everything was just as good as it was 7 years ago. Half board is excellent value. Dinner was perfect, and the buffet breakfast is very good, too. Good Wi-Fi. Safe storage for my bicycle. Very friendly staff. Great central location. Might well be staying a 3rd time...

The hotel Is located in close distance from ski lifts in Films Laax area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant offers a very good food and professional service.
Sometimes in the weekend in the night people are gathering outside of the hotel and a bit loud.

The property was nice, they had parking in front of the building which was free. The room was smaller than we expected, but it was ok for a one night stay. We had dinner and breakfast for only 35 CHF, which was a good deal. Dinner was a 3 course meal, you could choose between 2 menus. Breakfast was also good. I would say that the price was a bit high for the room we had, but all in all was good and the staff were really friendly and helpful😁
It was a bit noisy because our room was next to the balcony on which people used to smoke/spend some time.

Breakfast was nice, they were very accommodating to our pet dog and we had a nice meal at the hotel in the evening. We were skiing in Laax so a short drive (10 mins) from the hotel to the resort on both days to go skiing.

We took the half board option for 35 chf each, which was well worth it. The dinner was very nice, with a few choices, and their sunny terrace was a nice place to spend the evening. The breakfast was a typical cold buffet but with a good selection. The location is great, close to the train station, with many outdoor activities around like hiking and kayaking.
