location and view from Juliet balcony was amazing. the charm of the old building. the small single room was so cute and perfect.

not sure if it’s a regular occurrence but the wifi going down for one full day wasn’t good

They had excellent email communication before arriving. Photos online were accurate. The location was within walking minutes to the old town. They offered a free transportation pass that allowed you to ride the metro and buses. The eritrean front desk staff woman was phonemomal (nice & helpful). For a single, private room with a bathroom it was a good value in expensive Switzerland.

They have limited front desk hours. The bathroom was so small you couldn't sit on the toilet without turning your body to the side. No A/C so even with the little portable fan in the room, it was definitely still hot. Housekeeping could have been better (under the bed clearly wasn't cleaned in days) but the rest of the room was fine.

Loved the views and the wide opening windows were perfect for enjoying the view and getting fresh air in the room. It was very clean and the staff were lovely and very helpful. Lovely shower - good water pressure and the kettle, hair dryer, fridge and fan in the room were great little extras. I felt very safe due to having a key for my room, a safe in the room and 2 coded doors to get into the hotel.

It’s a little expensive but everywhere is in Geneva! Reception closes quite early (4/5pm) which can be frustrating if you have any questions after this time or check in after this.

Easy to navigate to from the train station. We walked because we didn't know the hotel was supposed to have given use free bus passes so we only had that for our second day and not the first. It was a quiet place and our room had a lovely view of the river. Geneva is a small city though, so very walkable.

The front desk has limited hours so we arrived without anyone there. We had received 2 confirmations because they sent us info for the wrong room first, so that was a bit awkward. The room they booked us in is the only on the floor it seems to have the bathroom separate from the room (not ensuite).

Good hotel in an old building. Excellent location, at 10 minutes from the Cornavin railway station and in the proximity of the public transport. Excellent value for money, consideirng average room prices in Geneva.

Limited opening hours of the reception (was stated during reservation). But the acces is very simple even for those coming late (you'll be provided with all necessary information)

A charming hotel, simple and well kept. The location was great for me, very close to public transport (which is free for visitors!), and surrounded by lots of cafes, restaurants, and a small supermarket a few minutes walk away. It was also under 10 minutes walk from the main train station. Hair dryer and coat hangers provided, as was a small desk fan, and I had a gorgeous view from my window.

The walls are a bit thin so I could hear others coming and going, and the area is a bit noisy at night time, so I couldn't keep the window open, but that's the only thing I can think of!

This wonderful hotel of exceptional heritage with tourelles in each corner of the building is a real gift for the budget visitors to Geneva. Truly antique atmosphere inside of hotel. My double room n 21 was lovely despite a bit shabby but with fireplace and gorgeous view to the river Rhone and lake Leman with a city across the river. Romantic sitting place in one of the tourelle like a private attachment to the room with a table and armchairs for a cup of tea or coffee. Excellent place of the hotel with easy access. Some noise from street outside is absolutely resistible if you are not hyper sensitive or very tired. Highly recommend!

No complaints at all. The only notice about truly unexpected feature of the double room n 21 on upper floor was that the private bathroom was in a common corridor outside the room that was not very comfortable for ladies somehow. Luckily the hotel was not busy at all.

The hotel 🏨 is situated like 10 minutes walking from the old city 🏙️. The lingerie is white and clean. Also the towels. In the room is a little fridge where you can put food. I recommend Manor supermarket, that is 5 minutes walking from the hotel, where the prices are bit lower than the Coop supermarket. We received from the hotel, after check in ✅, an email ✉️ with the free tickets with QR code for public transport in Geneva.

We booked months in advance but we didn't received the room with balcony view 🪟 to the river. Also a minus is the fact you don't have hairdryer in the room, and the reception is not open non stop to ask for one.

Great location, lovely view over the river from my room. Great value in a city which can be very expensive. Easy access to transport, short walk to the station. Liked the small fridge and tea kettle available in the room.

It was fine for me, but guests should note that no food is served in the hotel, and arriving outside the front desk hours requires one to be well organized (take note of the codes to enter the building etc) "self service" . Guests who want the traditional front desk service 24/7 should choose a larger (more expensive) hotel.

The view from the room is wonderful! The hotel overlooks the Rhone and stepping out on the balcony gives a wide view of the river and the surrounding sights. The room itself is fairly standard, but a good value considering the pricing in Geneva.

We happened to stay on a fairly hot summer week and the room can be initially stifling since there isn't any air conditioning. Opening the window and turning on the fan resolves that to some degree, but it's not ideal if you're sensitive to warm temperatures.
