Best Western Hotel Bentleys

The location of this hotel is great. I can say breakfast was super good , probably best I ever tried among 4stars hotels :) Staff was really nice and responsive as well. Our room was clean and you will get clean towels every day even though you didn't ask for them. You can also get an iron and umbrellas at the hotel if needed. And there is 24/7 coffee point at the lobby where you can make coffee or tea to go at any time.

Room size is pretty small and if you have a window to the courtyard it can be a bit noisy at night and in the morning when everyone have breakfast. Also shower is not separated from the rest bathroom so it was quite wet underfoot, however I suppose the same showers are almost everywhere in Sweden :)

The staff was friendly and correct. The single room was actually pretty big, just a little outdated. The bathroom was very big for a single room! I do like the atmosphere in the hotel and that all rooms look into the centre of the hotel. The breakfast was nice and big, especially for the price of the rooms!

There was no aircon in the room. Even though I like the style of hotel, you could not really open your window since it could be pretty loud in the centre of the hotel where also the bar is and the breakfast is served. The check-in process also took a little longer than I would have liked (almost 10 minutes)

Excellent location on the city's main street, so easy to access public transport as well as local sights. The buffet breakast was plentiful and tasty, with lots of choice, including some foods I'd not had before so it felt very Swedish. We were lucky enough to be given an inward facing room with a balcony, overlooking the internal covered courtyard, which was very pretty and made it seem more special as only a few rooms have balconies. Worth requesting when booking. Complementary tea, coffee, water etc and fruit/cakes were available in the internal courtyard area, which was a lovely touch & much appreciated after a busy day sightseeing.

The Location of the Hotel is excellent, right on the Main Shopping street in Stockholm and a 10min walk to the Palace and the river. The hotel was very well maintained and the staff friendly and helpful. The Balcony Room we had was excellent, though did get a bit warm at times with the sun warming the atrium and the hot air rising. (no A/C). The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

Note that the Hotel entrance is in the Pedestrian Shopping area, so the the Taxis has to drop you at the end of a side road for a short walk to the entrance. Note also, with some steps. A/C in the room would have made the stay a little more comfortable.

The breakfast is very good quality and so delicious! The café area is very nice, spacious. Perfect for working if you work remotely. All day coffee, tea and snacks (fruit and cookies). High speed wifi!

Very very small room and for 4 stars, I at least expected some small supplies like cotton pads, etc. And the rooms cannot get air because no outside window and no airconditioning or air cleaning. So had to put on the fan all the time even when I was sleeping because of lack of fresh air inside room…

Room-certainly adequate for a boutique hotel, newly renovated bathroom Location was great....busy street, pedestrian friendly, lots of choice for restaurants We used the Hop On Hop Off buses from both Stromma and Red City Bus.....pickup stops for both were convenient Breakfast: very nice, they even prepared a bag breakfast on our last morning since we were checking out before the breakfast hours. The staff were all friendly and helpful with our "tourist" requests.

The bed. We have come to expect a high standard from BW hotels and the bed here was a disappointment. It was the least comfortable we have encountered. ......

Location is great, right on Drottninggatan, but it's actually pretty quiet. Tons of dinner and snack options around! The room is pretty quiet too, despite having the windows to the courtyard. The room is small, but for this price at this location it is to be expected, and it works quite fine in the end. Nice to be able to drink tea/coffee in the courtyard for free all day long. Despite the room being quite small, it had a working table and a chair, so you could easily work with a laptop there.

The sockets in the room weren't conveniently located. I had to put the (provided) teapot too close to the edge of the table for my liking. I couldn't reach the socket behind the bed despite having pretty long arms, so I could barely use phone from bed while charging (and I had 3 m cable). There was a razor blade cover on the bathroom doorstep, but I didn't even have razor blades with me, though otherwise everything was clean. Very tiny thing, but I asked take out breakfast and specifically requested no oranges, but got orange juice anyways.

My stay at Best Western Bentleys was fantastic and OUTSTANDING! The breakfast had everything you could have wished for AND more! The personal almost picks up something that falls from the plate to keep everything clean. Warm things are filled up immediately. The hotel itself has the best location and is even cheaper than the most in this region. Recommendations from the entry for my stay was also helpful. You can have the whole day coffee for nothing in the lobby. Everything looks tidy, noble and precious. Even though my apartment was small - it didn't effect at all, because everything was given. A+*

Nothing! It was my best stay since 6 years. And for this price and locationa I assume it can't be better! A+*

The breakfast was lovely, nicely presented in a relaxed environment. There was lots of choice with staff replenishing often and keeping the tables cleared. The reception area was pleasant to sit in and an interesting setting. It seems to have been an outside courtyard originally but now has a lovely glass roof. There are couches, tables and chairs to rest there. Guests were playing cards together in the evening. The bedroom was nice and comfortable, with a clean bathroom en suite.

The room was quite hot. However, the staff gave us an extra fan which helped a lot.

The location was great, very close to different shops, cafes and transport. The staff was very helpful. We could leave our bags in the luggage room for the day before check-in. Breafast was superb, with soo many options, I wish we would have stayed more days just to taste everything. Room was compact, but had everything we needed. It was great that coffee and tea was always available. The inner-yard was very beautiful and the reason we chose this hotel - we got lovely pictures out of it.

The room was pretty hot and opening the windows didn´t really help, as the view is to the inner-lobby and so the air came from just the "bigger room", also we had to shut the windows in the morning as when the breakfast started, it got busy and was pretty loud so it disturbed our sleep. It is probably better when not staying there during hot-weather.
