I like the front reception staff very efficient and friendly . I also liked the fact the answers emails very quickly and do their best to help you out Very comfortable sitting in the reception area and bar to relax and comfortable

I can't say I didn't like because we might just have had bad luck on this occasion. I stayed in this hotel before and had the breakfast this time even the eggs on order came out cold and they didn't have the assortment of breakfast bread the normal have it was not as good as usual . Also we had dinner once at Nellys resturant and that was very disappointing

Did not buy breakfast. We had a dog with us, so we skipped the breakfast. Room - we upgraded the room and was very satisfied. Coffee machine in the room - is a bonus and also the bathrobe. Also nice to welcome dogs with snacks and blanket even thought I thin NOK 350 extra for dog is a little bit too much. Bar area was nice and also allowed dogs. Parking in the garage was very good.

We upgraded the room but the some light was missing - not function. The bulb in big lamp did not worked. I think that should be checked out, it is annoying for customers. Long and very inefficient person that was in the front desk for check-in. I also saw that it was a extremely long queue for express check-out.. therefore we did not buy it.

I wish I had read in one of the reviews that this hotel is everything you expect and much more. Very clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. It is much nicer than in the pictures and we really enjoyed it. The breakfast is such that we were not hungry all day, The location is more than good, in other words, you won't regret it or make a mistake, the price-quality ratio is commendable, for the price of a night in top quality beds with breakfast, we had dinner in the city. really good price for what they offer. In the bathroom, which is very clean, there was enough of everything except slippers, but you don't need them because they heat the floor. The kind receptionists gave us a gift as a souvenir and we will always come back here. For breakfast, ginger and turmeric shots were a special surprise I have no words for how delighted we are. this was my birthday present to my boyfriend and it's worth every cent! warm recommendation!!!

Breakfast was good but not so much choice of breads variety. The room are ok but the view are not as i expected, i dislike window to window view, that's the only thing I have opinions on the room. The location are good in a way, far from busy street. That a credits for me as a person who prefer calm and quiet areas when i stay in a hotel. Futher more it was my first time staying in the hotel, so i am pleased.

Nothing special for the moment. Hopefully i can get a higher-ups floor and better view next time when returns and a big bed will be wonderful.

Premium Room was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. Ironing board & iron was available in the room. Great views and a comfortable bed. On-site gym was neat and had enough equipment for a quick workout. Floors are all flat so no struggling with luggage. Friendly staff and a very nice lobby.

A little far out of the way if you're travelling by foot from the bus/train/ferry terminal with luggage. A laundry service was offered, but prices were quite high.

The best reception staff ever! Very helpful and always make you feel that they are happy you asked them for anything. Room spacious, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom has shampoo, soap, shower gel and lotion. Iron and ironing table in each room. Great location: short walk from central station for: ferry (to Denmark), trains (including to Copenhagen airport), and buses (local and regional). Also walking distance from Coop (closes at 10 pm), and other smaller supermarkets (close much later). Would defineltly stay there again if we visit that part of Sweden again.

The hotel has an iron and ironing table in each room which is great but iron is without steam which would have been better because most of our clothes were linen.

The room was great. Reception and Bar staff were terrific. There could have been a bit more flexibility re breakfast. Everything got removed at ten on the dot even though it was clear we were still in the middle of breakfast.. So a litte more flexibility and less of a stoney face there would have been appreciated. That said the hotel was great with the dogs and we loved the intro to Helsingborg - so we'll be back.

We also completed our stay with a dog. We were pleased with the friendly approach of the hotel and staff. A blanket, bowls and a small treat for the dog were prepared in the room :-)

...nothing ;-), we were only surprised by the higher price for dog accommodation and parking, but in the Nordic countries this price is +/- standard.

Restaurant is very good! Also on breakfast you can order some special things from a menu without extra cost. The location is good, very near the central station (5 min walking). Bed and pillows are confortable.

I have stayed in a standard room. it is very small, and without windows to the exterior, so.... no sun light. I strongly advise to avoid this type of rooms. Also some noise from the fridge during night...

We only stayed here one night because we had to take the ferry to Denmark the next morning so we didn't see or do much in the hotel or Helsingborg itself. The design of the room was very nice: good colours, roomy, comfortbale and practical. The beds were pretty large which is great when you travel with some-one who is quite tall. The shower was good too. The breakfast is really something special: loads of choices and you can order freshly made extra's like omelets, pancakes and waffles (the pancakes were amazing by the way!).
