Excellent: front desk staff, breakfast, room, comfortable bed/ mattress.

I didn’t like that we had chipped cups (for tea/coffee) both in our room and at the restaurant for breakfast. Another disappointing thing was the A/C. Despite the instructions we couldn’t increase the temperature level and the fan (too strong), so woke up early morning before the actual alarm clock totally freezing and feeling under the weather. The parking was a few minutes away with fixed option of 24 hrs only and cost 350 SEK (which is more about Helsingborg overall rather than hotel facilities).

From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted by the stunning old architecture and the grandeur of the building. It was clear that this was a place with a rich history and a timeless beauty. In the room, you find that the same attention to detail and elegance carried through to the interior design. The room was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities needed to feel right at home. But what really set this hotel apart was the friendly and attentive staff. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Everyone went out of their way to make sure that the stay was as enjoyable as possible. Of course, no stay at a hotel is complete without a good breakfast, and this hotel did not disappoint. The morning spread was absolutely delicious, with a variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from. If you're looking for a place to stay that combines old-world charm with modern comfort and convenience, this is definitely the place for you.

Parking in the area might be costly.

Our room was upgraded (and I found a birthday card and gift in the room) The room looked over the square but was not noisy at all, though it was Saturday night. Breakfast was everything you could possibly want in a beautiful, rather grand room. The staff were absolutely charming, kind and helpful. It was a lovely evening so we ate a delicious meal outside on the terrace. Perfect.

That we got a hefty parking fine outside the hotel. Hadn't understood the restrictions. Otherwise there was nothing at all ti criticise.

The location perfect, we can walk aroundthe town centre and easy to find a place for eat & the breakfast good

The one I didn't like it is when the cleaning service knocked the door about 8.30am asking to clean the room and come another person just open the door when we are rest/take nap in the afternoon about 2-3pm and talked asked to clean the room. You have signed about clean the room that guest can hang it on the door so better train your cleaning service more

Very nice hotel with a good location and friendly athmosphere. Comfortable beds. Very nice staff in the reception, very welcoming. Good restaurants in the hotel and nearby. Parking was available in the nearby parking area until 11 am at a very reasonable price. A really nice and comfortable stay on our travel to Germany. Short trip to harbour and to the ferry to Denmark. We will return!

This is an old building and the renovation of this building is excellent, this hotel is very personal not too crowded and very much to my liking.

One thing I did not like was the opening hours for the breakfast. They close for breakfast much to early. This hotel like many others have problems with a/c, but in this case we could open windows and that is a big bonus.

Great location close to everything. Beautiful, old hotel. Nice breakfast but pancakes ran out all the time so we never managed to taste them.

It is way overpriced. We paid over 2000 SEK for a tiny room. Showergel in the bathroom was empty upon arrival. The receptionist gave us a couple of small bottles of showergel, but at that price I’d expect more.

Excellent location! Got later than usual and staff were very nice, check in was quick and friendly. The room was up to standards and everything was clean.

The card keys, very finicky and someone not working with the room doors.

Stunning hotel, room was 10/10. Such good value for money. The staff even organised a Swedish massage for me at a local place nearby and I didn’t need to do a thing.

Loved our stay. Beautiful hotel well designed dining room / bar and lovely food. Comfy beds and a lovely room, a fabulous breakfast with lots of healthy options chia pudding overnight oats etc as well as cooked breakfast, salmon, fresh fruit and juices. Right in the centre.
