Despite being in edge of industrial estate the hotel backs onto a park area with a fishing lake so views from our suite were lovely. We were in a junior suite with the settee bed in lounge area there was a kitchenette if we'd known we would have brought things to use. The fridge was a bonus in the heat. The evening meal was good and breakfast good The addition of fresh orange in the foyer and marshmallows were lovely. We loved it and staff were all friendly and welcoming. I had walk round park and lake with my grandson which although hot was lovely . The rooms were exceptional TV in both rooms and we could change to English a bonus . The 501 bus line is right out their front door, which is a direct route into the city center (the last stop). This bus line also stops at the combined train/bus station, so that made our return departure much easier and cheaper than a taxi, just €2 one-way per person. Note, the 501 bus line also goes to the Zaragoza airport! Super handy & close if you fly into Zaragoza! We also enjoyed their complimentary breakfast. It's much better than expected and sports a huge dining room! They also have an on-site restaurant that is open for dinner only, from 8 to 10 pm. It includes a bar and a nice outdoor patio. And the food is decent. There is also a nice lake behind this large hotel that has a nice walking path. Although we would have enjoyed staying in the city center much more, (great tapas restaurants all around the Basilica), the price of lodging at this Eurostar location was so much more affordable, which completely offset the time & expense of the bus rides.

The location. It is basically in an industrial warehouse zone. No restaurants or grocery stores are located in the immediate, walkable area. I guess I must have been confused by their "Centro Commercial" location. It is 35 minutes from the "City Center" by taxi or bus.

Spacious clean and comfortable. Close to Zaragoza ring road without going into the city, excellent for overnight stop when traveling to and from ferry ports. Excellent breakfast, fresh and plentiful. Underground free secure parking and good WiFi. Nice aspect of canal with walking paths at rear of hotel.

Hotel lacked atmosphere, more suited to business than leisure trip. Bar and café only open from 7.30pm. Restaurant closed, but limited food menu in café. The hotel is very isolated within an industrial estate. Nearest amenities 1mile away.

The double bed was gigantic and super comfy, and the room we were in was more like a flat, which was a nice surprise. We booked this hotel for one night because it's close to the local airport and the bus stop that travels from the airport to the city centre is right in front of the entrance. Breakfast (which you have to pay for separately) was amazing. Everything was very clean.

It wasn't clear on booking.com or on the hotel's website whether the hotel serves food or not (apart from breakfast), but once we got there, we found out they serve dinner until 10.30.

Room 324 was spacious.. Bed very comfortable. Room pretty quiet. Large Bathroom with tub and shower.

- Toilet was running constantly. - The shower floor was very slippery, one of the party almost slipped and fell in the shower. - the Hot Water safety button on the shower water was broken. - the plastic laundry bag looked used before, and just folded back up and put in the room. - the plastic trash bag in the TV room had been used before and looked to be emptied out and put back. The trash bag also had holes in it as evidence of having prior use. - bathroom lighting could be improved for the women.

Spacious, clean and fast access to highway system for continuing our trip.

“Kettle” does not mean “frying pans”; when we discovered the kitchen (a nice touch) and wanted to make some tea in it we realized there was no recipient to hold the water. Asking the reception about it put us on wait until next morning when we were given.. frying pans 😹 in order to make our tea. There was also a deposit for them a 20€. In the end, they managed to find us a kettle for just 10€ deposit. Two questions: Why would you need a deposit? Who does tea in a frying pan there? We were travelling from Valencia region to Bilbao. Location close enough to the motorway to be easy to find, the room exceeded our expectations with really comfortable beds, crisp cotton sheets and a large bathroom with good sized fluffy towels. We missed breakfast because we had to leave early so had a makeshift picnic in the room.

A machine dispensing tea of coffee would have been most welcome; there may be one but we didn’t find it, so clear signs or installation- ideas to think about!

I booked a room, but I got an apartment. Amazing. It was huge, modern and has a room, sitting room, mini kitchen, fridge/freezer and a massive bathroom. The single beds were really big. I thought it was well worth what I paid. I can say my stay was cheaper, as i paid £55 with Free parking. The location was a bit far from the city center, but it was my own choice. There is fast food chain 5min drive from the hotel if you need a late night snack. Parking at the hotel was great, they have a huge basement parking area. Staff was helpful, but only 1 on duty when we has 3 families checking in.

Very friendly receptionist service, the rooms were large in size and very clean. There was also a small kitchen in the room where you could make some food if needed, would have been nice to have some knives and forks and a plate. The brekfast service was very good, a good selection of food and a large area to eat. I would return again if in the area.

The underground car park is very tight but there is plenty of space to park vehicles on the road and surrounding area.

Warm welcome from reception staff. Large clean and comfortable room. Restaurant in the bar area was ok, with good wholesome food served quickly and with a smile. Very reasonable price. Good underground parking, close to a lift was perfect. Would stay here again next time in the area.

Two large single beds pushed together, would have been happier with a double bed, but it was comfortable and only for one night. Not a deal breaker!
