Everything. Value for money, great staff speaking English and very attentive to questions or requests, clean and cozy, pet-friendly, very satisfied with the hotel. I rate it 9/10 only because of the breakfast, which was ok.

Breakfast. It was only some ready-made croissants and donuts, some decent bread with poor quality jam, and a few ham/cheese slices. Could be much richer, no eggs no bacon etc. Not totally bad, just pretty basic with lots of room for improvement.

We were really positively surprised when entering the hotel because in comparison to many other B&B hotels we stayed at before it's actually kind of stylish and welcoming. Parking is available for 10 Euro per day, just ask at the reception. Though located quite far from the center you can just grab a bus on the opposite of the street (at Supermercado Dia), it will take approx. half an hour to the old town. Hint: They offer a free breakfast for one person if you don't want your room cleaned! Breakfast was basic but also surprisingly extensive.

We asked if we could stay one hour longer and they charged 5 Euro for the overstay. Never experienced hotels in this category charging something for a short overstay but it was not that expensive so it's not really an issue.

Room is clean and comfortable, and bathroom is really good. Breakfast is great, and the 24hs available coffee machine is really convenient. There is a gas station with a tiny market a couple of blocks away. I would deffinitely return back.

Location is quite far away from the train station (20min by walking), in a residential area where there are not many places to eat.

Information about the rules that apply to people arriving with a pet ( I also travel with my dog). This is a very good idea because some guests leave pets alone in the room for a LONG TIME and you can hear them ( I don't mean barking). Not far from the hotel is a large nice park right next to the market Lidl.

Pet friendly and the staff were also pet friendly, the hotel was very clean and the members of staff on reception and at breakfast the following morning were very helpful and polite. We would stay there again.

No food.or bar in the evening, and the dining area and public area were large enough to accommodate a bar, although there was a coffee machine available which provided a reasonable selection of drinks.

Spacious Room, great luminosity. Desk and small leisure zone with couch. Bathroom with large bathtub. Loved the white bedding. All very clean an comfortable. Loved the complementary 24hour coffee/tea/cappuccino. Amazing Staff, always nice and ready to help at all times when needed. Definitely, I would return.

Breakfast was basic but good choice. Location was ok but no restaurants that we could find open.

The car park was horrendous. Very dark ,narrow ramp turning down to level 2. Our car got damaged all down the side. Expensive body work needed now

I know this is not possible, but the parking area is very small for a big car which I had. I leave the hotel one day earlier and how can you (booking.com) refund me?

Location great, rooms and interior great and clean, but most of all the staff were so amazing. So friendly and helpful. Especially Meredith! Nothing was too much trouble. 100% would recommend to anyone. Thank you. 😊
