INNSiDE by Meliá Zaragoza

Lovely modern hotel with exceptionally helpful staff who were very accommodating for our little family. The food is really tasty from the two restaurants (rooftop and ground-floor), although the menu is the same in both. The pool is wonderful and really needed in the Zaragoza summer heat. Black-out curtains worked really well in the heat of summer not to wake up when the sun comes up early. Convenient parking downstairs under the hotel. Great quality (a real bed) baby bed for our room.

We only realised too late, but there seems to be sensors in the room which, if they think you are not there, turn some of the power off. We had a small baby and we had a kettle which kept his water boiled and then at temperature for his formula, but this switched off all the time when we were not in the room, so it was quite annoying. Also, strangely at night the toilet made noises which also woke him up. Other than that, the room was super comfy. Would be great if we could borrow a high chair for the room, this is the only thing missing.

The hotel has a wonderful cozy style and the staff is very welcoming. It is the perfect starting point to explore the city since the historical city center is in walking distance. The rooftop pool saved us when there were 42 degrees in the city. The room was very spacious and full of nice details like a Bluetooth speaker, a yoga mat, free minibar and some sweets. The hotel doesn’t have an own parking, but there are 2 underground parkings just in front of the hotel.

Everything was really perfect, I’d just recommend a sweater at breakfast since the air condition was a bit too cold for my personal taste.

We had a great stay. Check-in with a smile and immediate recommendations, up with the elevator to find a spacious, modern room with nice facilities. The cold water pool on the roof fantastic, especially given heatwave that hit Zaragoza during our stay.. Easy access and secure parking in the big parking across the street. Location is perfect, minutes from the historical centre but just outside which makes access easy and the nights more quiet. Amazing breakfast with great value for money, definitely no need to go on the street for this.

The repetitive lounge music at the pool. No place to hang the towels in the bathroom. Tiny details, everything else was truly perfect!

I have to admit that I'm a total pushover for Melia Hotels. I have stayed in them all over Spain and they never fail to to be less than perfect. My wife has been known to ask why we can't live in one for ever! Here we are in the vibrant, party city of Zaragoza with all that that offers in cultural, religious, historic or hedonistic diversions. The welcome by two receptionists gave us the low-down on rooms, cleaning etc., and we were into very comfortable, imeccably clean, modern rooms with very trendy bathing/shower areas. Everything worked, of course, the beds were comfortable, water hot, plenty of storage. Just great. We ate and drank in the old town just adjacent but enjoyed a terrific 'international' style breakfastin the hotel. The hotel sits over a car park with which it has concession parking saving 20%.

Once again I have tried hard to find something I did not like with a Melia Hotel. Once again, I failed!!

The hotel is very good located - just cross the street and you are in the historic center. There are lots of pubs to have "Tapas" and also a good seafood restaurant nearby. Wonderful breakfast! Stylish hotel. Staff is very friendly, rooms have a good size and the beds are comfortable. Mini Bar drinks are free (only non alcoholic beverages available). Nice, small rooftop pool. We didn't use it, since the weather was not appropriate. From the terrace and the attached bar you have a wonderful view over old town Zaragoza. We definitively will return.

The only problem is parking. They offer parking for 22e/night in a public parking (there it is 23e), but you need to drive around the block and cross the main street afterwards by food, to return .

Excellent breakfast I like the staff, everyone was smiling, happy to help. The hotel feels cozy and welcoming the guests. There's a pool on roof top + restaurant & bar There's a gym included in the price. There's chromecast which helps to connect the tv with mobile phone & enjoy your own content. Wifi is stable.

There's blinking (probably) motion detector on the ceiling in the room, same as smoke detector, also blinking and this is quite disturbing in the night. There's a night light right next to entrance in the room, which cannot be switched off, so also quite disturbing. There seemed not to be working an exhaust in the bathroom, not removing the steam.

Lovely hotel. Very modern and clean. One member of staff was very rude and accused us of not paying for a drink, which was a mistake and we went straight back after to sort it out. He still wasn't happy and wouldn't let us get another drink even though other people were being served. Not a major issue but it was very immature. Every other member of staff was just lovely so think this was a one off!

The pool wasn't open. This wasn't stated and we would have stayed somewhere else otherwise. This should be clearly stated when booking as you us the pool image as your header on your website and it's only open for a small time in the year.

Creative rooms, good breakfast, cleanliness, huge bed.

The reception staff was a bit arrogant. First they didn’t find our Booking.com booking and we had to wait 15 minutes to get that solved. And the second day they tried to charge us twice for breakfast and then had to again wait a lot to solve that. It was a mistake from their staff as 2 people added the breakfast with even different prices (the reception staff and the breakfast staff), so not on purpose, but it was embarassing and initially the refeption staff got angry as she thought we refuse to pay. In the end it got clarified, but instead of having a positive experience when checking-out, it was one with mixed feelings.

loved the roof terrace. the swimming pool is great! it was busy at times, but still manageable for a dip. I could even swim for longer time periods when it wasn't full. the bed was huge, not too soft, and the pillows were very good. I think this was the best hotel bed I ever had. I also liked the free minibar that came with the loft room! drunk customers are always happier.

there were some renovations of the breakfast area and it wasn't really well separated from the food area.

Room was very clean and modern. Staff was very nice and polite. Bed was very big (huge) and very comfortable. The room was quiet, we slept very well. We would definitely return there !

The shower door was missing lower part isolation silicone so water leaked into the room. Shower towels were rather small and had only one side absorbent, the other one was flat. Also, there is no place to hang the towels to dry (unless, you hang them in the WC, a very small place with no ventilation)
