Views, very confortable bed, beautiful room, staff is very friendly and amazing location.

It is a very relaxing space but unfortunately there was a lot of noise from other rooms in particular the noises caused by walking or knocking. Maybe we were unlucky because some guests caused a lot of noise until after midnight (sounds of knocking, jumping and running inside the room) and despite understanding that people should have that freedom, the space does not have a good internal insulation, so end up spoil a little our rest time.

Hotel staff is super friendly and available. They kickly arranged what I have asked. Bed and linnen are very good. 4Th floor seems to be recently renovated. Everything looks brand new. They gave me a room with a beautiful view. Breakfast is served on a top floor, with other interesting views. Breakfast is basic, but pretty decent. Location is good, I could go walking to my work place, to several shops and services.

It is not completely sound insulated. Airco seems complex to be efficiently turned ON (someone had to come to my room to make it work). Pillows are too high (I had my own with me, therefore I have not asked a better one at the reception).

The hotel is located across the street from the mall and the Vigo-Urzáiz train/bus station. There is a supermarket and many restaurants close by. I was visiting to see the Christmas lights and Christmas market and everything was within 15 minutes walking distance. The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. My bed was very comfortable and I had a view of the sea from my window. There is an elevator if you have luggage or are unable to use the stairs. The wifi worked well.

I would have liked a small desk in the room so that I could work from my laptop. There isn't a work space anywhere in the hotel so I had to go to the Starbucks at the mall across the street to work. I don't think the buffet breakfast options were worth €7. The breakfast options were: bread, cheese, ham, pastries, yogurt, fruit, coffee/tea, juice/water, cereal. Considering that you can usually get a coffee and a sandwich at a cafe for around €3 or less, for €7 I would have expected to have more hot food or protein options like eggs, fish, bacon, vegetables. You're really only paying for the convenience of eating at the hotel.

The room was nice and modern with a great view over the city. The bed was comfy.

Poor soundproofing, we could hear the other guests talking from the room next to ours and from the corridor With the room of that class, I would expect to have a fridge. Designed to look great in the pictures, but architects haven't thought enough about functionality. Take blue cabinets under the sink, for example. Looks great but literally no space for any cosmetics to put on. Breakfasts for one hour longer would be perfect, since we almost always missed it.

Check in was great. Front desk patiently let me speak Spanish until I didn't understand and then offered English in the most kind and endearing way. I should have chosen breakfast included because went up there for a coffee in the morning and saw a beautiful looking spread.

The only thing I didn't like was that the desk told me we could have a coffee in the morning but then they charged us for it. Not a big deal but come on...it's a cup of coffee at a hotel you need to nickel and dime me for that? I didn't want to get anyone in trouble so I just paid for it and didn't argue.

Great location, right next to the train station. The view of the bay is really nice. Staff was friendly, everything was new (and still smelled new!), the beds were comfy, the room was clean. With the window closed the room was very quiet. I have no complaints.

I have no complaints. If I really have to think of one thing to improve, I guess the lobby could be a little bit more inviting. A nice table to sit at and work a bit for example. I had no desk or anything in the room itself.

The hotel staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable, I had a great night sleep. The breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice, and the view from the breakfast room was amazing. The location is great, directly across the road from the main train station. The hotel was great value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely be staying here again.

The location is excellent, very close to the coach and train stations. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The breakfast room has a wonderful view, and the buffet breakfast itself was very good. The rooms were very nice, the beds were very comfortable, and we had three balconies! Despite the fact that there were loud roadworks near the hotel towards the end of our stay, with the balcony doors closed the rooms were very quiet.

With good taste and very central. With a modern shopping center across the street with car parking. 10 minutes walk from old town and 20 min from the harbour. The breakfast room with beatifull views.

Breakfast was disappointing as it was rated as excellent and I would rate it no more than good. Although foods have quality they were quite limited. Hot eggs needed to be asked and no other hot foods being served. Our last day breakfast was miserable as they said they would not serve any eggs and yogurts run out (?!). It was even more unpleasant as I was charged for that night almost 3 times more than the previous night’s due to an event taking place in Bayonne. No minibar in the room.
