The hotel is not too far from the airport. It took around 10 minutes in a taxi (Sunday lunchtime, so might be busier other days) & cost around 15Euros (September 2023). We arrived an hour earlier than check in time, but our room (807) was ready & we were let into it early which was amazing. Check-out was brilliant too - no issues & very helpful staff. Our flight home wasn't until the evening and we were able to leave our bags safely for the day. Although the hotel is located outside of the main tourist area, it is on major transport routes into the city. There is a metro (Benniferri) just a 2 minute walk away. Trains are frequent and take you into the main area. Buses are also excellent, with fabulous bus lanes whisking you into the city. We went for a T3 ticket for 11 Euros or so (amazing value). It's valid 72 hours & can be used on all EMT buses, metro and trams & some local trains in zone A & B (the airport is in zone C so it can't be used to travel there). One evening we got a cab back from the old town & it was around 10 Euros, so not too bad. The area around the hotel feels safe & is peaceful. The room was okay - a little dated compared to the lovely lobby area, and was a bit of a squeeze for 3 adults, but we were hardly there really, so it wasn't an issue for us. We loved all of the enviro friendly toiletries. We opted to include the price of breakfast during our stay and were so pleased we did. In our opinion it was lovely. Lots of fresh fruit, yogurts, pastries, lovely bread & coffee. The scrambled eggs are the best, just delicious, and my husband loved the bacon & tiny sausages as well as the wide selection of cheese & meat. The restaurant area is well laid out and tastefully decorated. Even at busy times it didn't seem overwhelming. We didn't use the pool in the end, even though it was the main reason for choosing the hotel. It looked clean & nicely kept though.

The room was okay but a little tired & dated (room 807). One of the bedside shelves was broken and falling off the wall. It would have been a 10 if the room was just that little bit better.

Hotel was beautifully modern and air conditioned, rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff were incredibly polite and hardworking. Staff were very accomodating. Views from the rooms were wonderful - black out curtains were amazing - we've never slept so well. Location was OK - very close to a supermarket and some restaurants, a little out of the way but the local transport was cheap and easy to use and the metro stop was literally outside the hotel.

Breakfast is overpriced at €14 per person, per day. We would have liked this to be included or at least priced more reasonably. We also didn't use the pool area at all because whenever we went outside it was really small and busy - full of kids.

The hotel is well placed for public transport access into the city centre, and for the red hop on hop off bus (get the 2 day ticket as the second day is only €2). There is an app for the EMT bus to pay for tickets on line. It is 15/20 minutes frim the airport in a taxi (€25 roughly). There are great coffee shops and restaurants around the hotel and the breakfast buffet has an excellent choice of items. Staff are helpful and friendly, the hotel is clean and well kept. The room is a good size, ours had a double bed and bed settee. The bathroom was clean and there was always hot water for the shower. There is air con thankfully (28 degrees in Oct). The mattress was very firm, could have been a little more comfortable but that is individual choice. It was great to have the mini fridge in the room.

The only thing missing was tea/coffee in the bedroom. Unfortunately we forgot to check if this was available when booking. There is coffee in reception for €1.50 but no tea.

The staff particularly at reception were very helpful. Breakfast is very good, a huge variety, definitely recommend it. Overall a good experience. I attended for a conference at the nearby conference centre, very quick walk to it, useful for this reason. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Please note that the tourist sites at the centre of Valencia or the Marina are about 10/15 min by Taxi or you can take the metro train - the metro stop is near the hotel - you can't walk to these tourist areas it if it's very hot, will take very long.

Temperature control in the room is a little bit odd. The AC thermostat panels don't work the greatest, an upgrade from the clunky hold the button down type setting to change the temperature needs to be thought about, a colleague requested change in room because their thermostat would just not work ! Rooms are noticeably hot if AC is off - weather was very hot outside.

Good buffet but it’s the same thing every morning.

Air conditioning. Given a room which temp was 28’C to begin with. Could not tolerate the heat especially it was in summer. Was advised that the technician had seen the room and advised to leave AC on overnight. Temp reduced to 27’C by morning. Didn’t sleep well at all. Saw the manager the next morning who changed my room after no further input from the technician in the morning. New room AC much much better but overall the AC system needs looking into. Felt similar temp irregularities in the lobby. Good location for conference and close to the airport but not to view the city.

The decor and spaciousness of the public areas was good. The breakfast had a wide selection, was plentiful and well spaced out and so it was easy to select your food and then get a table. The evening menu was good but somewhat limited for choice, but nevertheless was of a high standard. We had a standard double room which was of a good size and also had a settee as well as a chair. The staff were all very helpful and worked to a high standard. The car park below the hotel was spacious, secure and relatively cheap by European city standards. The Metro and bus are a three minute walk away at Beniferri (20 journeys on the bus costs 10 Euros and is incredibly cheap by London standards!) and give easy access to the beach and old city. We would stay here again.

No English language TV channels but apart from that nothing.

Good location nearby public transport and the congress hall. Chilled ambiance and good decoration of dinning area and reception. Breakfast is ok, staff around breakfast and reception friendly and nice.

Room service doesn’t even knock before coming in for cleaning. Very strange with another staff which double check whether rooms were cleaned or not few hours later, this one knocked once and open the door right away. No sense of privacy! The room door shakes every-time another room door is closed.

Super reception and dining area.

Location tricky. You can use metro but it was so hot it was exhausting. Needed taxis which were not too expensive €7-10 depending. But they had air con which was necessary in 39 degree heat. Cost of these added up. The king size bed was like a camp bed - springs made a noise and the bed didn’t feel solid. We were a bit surprised so didn’t test it too much !!!! The pool is smaller than it looks in photos and a bit scruffy. We were unsure if it had chlorine in it at all - seemed cloudy.

- Great and responsive staff. English-speaking - General design is very interesting - Nice rooms with bed and sofa - Dogs of anysize are allowed. And I need to mention, inspite of that you will never find a fur or any dirt or smell from animals, since the cleaning is very good

We lived on the 2d flow, so the windows of the room overlook the roof of the lower extension. Once someone left a bottle of redbull, another time someone walked outside the windows. One day there was a problem with wi-fi.

Decent enough location approx 8 Euros to Old Town. Staff super friendly. Housekeeper works really hard. Hotel tired in parts. Pool far too small for the number of people/hotels that used it. More of a plunge pool. (Pool not particularly clean; film on top/dirty water, floating cups that wind kept blowing in from pool side). OK for short stay. Dogs were allowed and this caused us no issues. No kettle in the room. We had taken a travel kettle of our own having read previous reviews. Bar staff gave complimentary milk to make a cup of tea in the bedroom.

Small dirty pool. There was a film on the pool. No-one was showering before swimming. Edges of pool dirty.
