Location of hotel is great, you can easily walk up to the main square. Room is specious, bed was also really big. Personal on the reception is really helpful and speaks good english. Breakfast was good, not to varied, but everything was delicious. Overall I would say good value for money.

There were some constructions works in the hotel so it was loud at times, as well there was noise from the street. Although room has really nice smell every day after cleaning, I think a bit more detailed cleaning could help (there was dust on table etc).

Location is perfect, walking distance to historical sights, just next to botanical garden, neighbourhood is quiet with a local taste. Metro station is about 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful about sightseeing. Breakfast is in a lovely hotel restaurant and has all one needs to start freshly prepared for enjoying the city. Our room was quite good with very comfortable beds and a small french balcony.

Amazing location, walked almost everywhere and we also had a metro station 8 min. away from us. The hotel looks amazing, small and intimate, but the best part is the staff - all the reception workers were such lovely people, as well as the cleaning ladies. They literally made our stay wonderful.

The breakfast could be improved - maybe switch up the eggs from time to time, not only scrambled everyday, and add some fresh vegetables too.

The location was ideal to visit both the historical center and take a bus to the beach. From this place there are more bus lines going directly to the Science Museum, as well as the beach. Overcrowded at times, at least you do not need to change.

The cleanliness might be improved a bit, but as a good value for money it is not taken as a major negative.

We booked a superior double room which was very spacious for two people, with a king size bed and large bathroom. The hotel is in a great location - walking distance from the old town and is approximately 5 minutes walk from two metro stations and has several bus stops nearby. There are several bars, cafes and restaurants close. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with lots of different options. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic reception staff who tried their best to help - & succeeded! We arrived close to 11pm and very hungry. As local restaurant kitchen was about to close the receptionist looked after our belongings allowing us to make it in time for the (excellent Italian) restaurant. Great room with 2 terraces over the quiet street below & electric blinds for the windows Possibly the biggest bed I have slept in (almost square) & very comfortable Reception happy to look after cases after you have checked out giving a further opportunity to explore this great city

Shower & sink waste water was draining very slowly & in the case of the shower causing bathroom flooding! (Room 302)

Very helpful and friendly stuff. The place was clean and maintenance was done daily. Good location, as it’s easy to get to all main attractions. We visited Valencia in February and it was good that the hotel has a heating system as the windows aren’t the best in this mediteranean areas and it might get pretty cold.

Unfortunately a bit noisy, as you can hear everything that it is happening outside and on the hallway.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location was very good.

There was no fan in the bathroom, or it wasn’t working, and there were no light-blocking blinds on the window, so it was impossible to take an afternoon nap or even sleep well at night due to the full moon shining in.

-Communication before arrival was not great (they did not respond to my message and I tried to call a couple of times but nobody picked up the phone. -Room was clean when we arrived but during the days of our stay was not as great (e.g. the glasses were not washed)

Close to the city center, close to the metro station, spacious bed, decent room size, breakfast was good, cleanness.

with the door closed, the noise coming from the stairs was loud, like they were in your room, my suggestion is to either put signs to keep quiet on the hallway or fix the door insulation.
