Hotel Reston Valdemoro

It is a much better hotel that I expected. The interior is stylish, the room was big, the bed and pillow were heaving. I must have had one of the best sleeps ever when travelling. Staff was friendly, has secure parking and has as well a small pool. What is strange that the restaurant where they serve breakfast and dinner is not part of the hotel. The dinning area was a bit open air and felt tropical. The staff was friendly and accomendating with my dietary request and dinner was very good. Last not least the location is great. You are completely by passing driving through Madrid, which is a major advantage.

The breakfast experience was just awful! It was situated in a separate area from the dinner setup, and the offerings left much to be desired. Each pastry was individually wrapped in plastic, which was a notable downside. Surprisingly, staples like milk, yogurt, eggs, cheese, ham, and fruit were noticeably absent. Instead, the breakfast selection heavily relied on preserved items like pastries, margarine, and jam. This approach made the breakfast spread feel more like a scientific experiment . Additionally, the settling of the breakfast required cash payment when finished.

Generally most went well, but continental breakfast didn’t have as much choice as other hotels we have stayed in, and dining room was cold. Staff we’re happy, helpful and efficient.Hotel good for an overnight stay mid journey.

Hotel took some finding as post code on sat nav is different to that in brochure. If hotel had been full, then there wouldn’t have been room in official car park, nor on street nearby. Also brochure indicates there is a restaurant as part of the hotel but that was closed no indication why. Receptionist suggested a restaurant near by in walking distance.

room very comfortable, large and clean. Location to the motorway good, secure parking.

We were allocated a room which had an adjoining door to someone elses room, (who we didnt know), this meant we could hear very clearly the television from the other room late at night. These rooms should only be used for families or guests who want the convenience of an adjoining room, not for people who do not know each other, there is a lack of privacy.

The room was nice, very clean, the waiters at breakfast were very friendly, the breakfast was cheap and they didn’t charge for the child (2 yr)

The receptionist was helpful but not very friendly (maybe just shy), the breakfast wasn’t very good, just white and a bit stale bread with butter and marmalade or pastries, no healthy options.

Room and hotel were clean and pet friendly. Next to Dia supermarket and Park. Hotel has secure parking but you can park in street for free. There are cafes and restaurants near by. About 1.5 km from motorway but easy to find. Did not have meals in hotel, just drink in bar attached to restaurant.

The rooms were great, no problems at all. They were up to par with our standards and generally fine.

The restaurant. Absolutely terrible in restaurant etiquete, not caring about the type of clientele comes into the restaurant and charging ridiculous prices for certain entrees (eg: croquettes = €22). They had no type of knowledge of the foundations of any restaurant and did not have a variety of options for certain times of the day like breakfast. Menus were lacked also because I feel like the owners aren’t aware of the time of crisis we are in and It’s not fair that the swimming pool was closed due to COVID concerns. This place need to shape up its facilities and frankly, we’re not the only ones who feel like this. There have been many customers complaining about the same things we have and it’s not good.

This hotel was chosen as an overnight stop when traveling with 2 dogs. it’s a good choice. the room is well laid out and as a nice touch 2 dog beds and bowls were provided. There is a park nearby where the dogs could be walked and it’s a quiet location. we chose to eat our evening meal away from the hotel ( whilst walking dogs) and there was a fair selection of local bars etc. the staff were really helpful and friendly, they assisted with my questions on the Wi-Fi and provided local information. we had breakfast in the hotel which was fine.

nothing really, although parking was a little tight. it was free and fairly secure.

Basic but modern and good hotel. Next to a shopping mall with fast food outlets with generous business hours.

The nearby restaurants open late in the evening. No coffee/tea facilities and no fridge in the room. Basic breakfast.

Room was excellent and I loved the bowls and little bed provided for my dog, an excellent touch which I have not had in any other hotel I have stayed in. The park, around the corner from the hotel, was wonderful, my dog and I enjoyed it immensely.

Breakfast...very poor. We wished we had gone to the great places in the shopping centre 150yds from the hotel

Very modern hotel with comfortable rooms. Very clean and well maintained. Good central, easy to find location. Staff very helpful despite limited English.

Pillows strange shape. No food available until after 8.30pm. - too late for us.
