LCB Hotel Fuenlabrada

The hotel's premises are ok but not extraordinary for my 4* standards. However, the staff is amazing and were extremely helpful with doing their best to welcome us and make sure our stay was comfortable. There's a train station right next to the hotel which made it very easy to get to Madrid's city centre, but the train takes about 25/30 minutes to get there, which in the morning is fine, but in the evening, besides, the last one being around mid-night, one is already too tired to travel to the hotel to change and go back for dinner and that means some limitations in terms of enjoying the night life of the city. Breakfast was good (fresh and quality food).

There's a shopping centre next door, but the food court is very poor. Unless you appreciate fast food, I don't recommend it.

Ample underground parking, friendly personnel, excellent breakfast, acceptable lifts, cleanliness, good AC. Their greatest assest has nothing to do wirth the hotel - a great family restaurant 100 m from the hotel entrance - Meson Casa Ludena! Especilly the waiter Mar!

Dangerous bath-tub. While there were two hand rails at the brim of the tub there was nothing further- no anti-slip matt at the bottom of the tub, nor further hand rail to hold on walking in and out of that tub for a shower. I am 69 years and have travelled entensively but this is the first hotel that I came accross unlabled toiletriies - no aroma too! It seems some of the top insulation plates of the building are falling apart! Pathetic fast food eateries in the commercial center. The Santa Sed place only is worth visitng. Location is quite far from the center of Madrid - about 25 km but it does take an hour each direction.

The 8t floor room had a great view was light and modern. The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower worked well. The staff on reception went beyond normal service levels, printing off a large report for me and providing a bucket of ice for an external wedding reception we attended. The hotel is well situated, just a couple of mins walk to the train and metro station and with a large carrefour supermarket next door together we a great local traditional bar / restaurant. Worth the easy 30 min journey from Madrid centre for the value and facilities. There is also an underground car park.

There were not problems to report - our thanks to the staff for their cheerful support, throughout our stay. NB our score for the restaurant, reflects they only do breakfast.

Great hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Location is ideal with quick access to train and undercover car parking. Just note if you try to get into the underground car park after 1am you need to go down the ramp with your car and press the buzzer and they'll let you in.

On Friday and Saturday night there was a night club near by playing music to very early in the morning.

It was all great. Just a note for improvement: We could not use the baby cot offered as the side panel did not stay put and the bed was set too high. Suitable for newborn to 6 months but not safe for a baby who is trying to stand. We had a portable baby bed in our car and used that one instead as our baby is used to that one for travelling and was more practical. We did not complain to the hotel, just asked them to remove it which they did promptly. Next time we will save paying the cot fee and use ours directly.

Location of the hotel is quite good in the center of the city. Near central train station and good connection by road. Big supermarket under the same building of the hotel. Room is clear and new. Lot of space to hang the clothes.

Some towels had a nasty smell. They we absolutely clean but the quemical detergent used to clean them left a bad smell, specially after use them in contact with water. Staff exchanged them without any problem.

location is very convenient to the metro station. also to mention that this hotel is attached to shopping center.

The reception staff are very strict with check out timing even though I have stayed with them for 3 days continue. Also they refused to give me information on my friend room number or call him from the receptionist disk .

An incredible lady (the cleaner) that whenever we left the room (without asking yo be cleaned), when we came back we found it super clean and tidy. That was very kind and amazing. Many thanks for your job. The receptionist was very kind and professional.

One night the keys (cards) was not working and we were really tired, we called from upstairs and but the worker could not come up to open the door and give us a new card because he was the only one working that night and the other nights. My question is, in case of an emergency, what would they do? There should be at least two workers at night.

The comfort of the room. The location of the hotel to the venue of the programme I cam for. The staff very supportive and helpful. The staff speak English which removed the barriers of communication.

Room on 2nd floor but it was technically on the 6th floor so I had to go all the way up as I don’t use lift.

All was well! Nice, clean, priceworthy hotel, excellent breakfast. Madrid city center can be reached in 20 minutes by train, which stops at 150m from the hotel. Shopping mall just at the neighberhood. I do recommend!
