specious room, very clean, huge balcony, gorgeous view, delicious food, large swimming pool, closeness to the beach

no bottled water in the room, no free beach towels , air conditioner was leaking and dripping from the ceiling just on the bed pillows, but the most outrageous was the receptionist’s behaviour.

Amazing view from the balcony. Great location, right next to the beach. Big room, comfy bed. Fridge in the room actually keeping the drinks cold! Great buffet breakfast. Super tasty mojitos in the bar, reasonable prices. Outdoor pool. They have spa facilities, but we didn't use. Clean, they do the room everyday. Kettle with coffee and tea.

Just one little thing, they should add a note in the bathroom for if you want to change the towels or not, because I think it's a waste to wash them everyday. They have parking but not included in the price, which I find expensive. There is blue zone (pay and display) parking next to the hotel, but if you drive 100m up the road, there are free spaces; we didn't have any problem to park in June.

The hotel was in a beautiful part of Tossa de Mar at the far end overlooking the sea. We had a lovely room with pool and sea view.

We felt the breakfast could have more choice and better selection of fruit. Lots of nice pastries but unfortunately nothing for someone who is a coeliac like myself except for a roll which was defrosted as u ordered it. Otherwise the service etc was excellent with a beautiful view of the sea.

This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially the reception guys who get your car in and out of the garage. The breakfast is very pleasant and lovely view over the bay from the restaurant. We didn’t dine in for lunch or dinner. The location is grant as you can easily walk into Tossa town but are away from all the hassle and bustle. The pool is very nice but it is rather cold getting in; once you are in it’s fine. Not a complaint but just a suggestion- some teapots for in the restaurant at breakfast would be very handy.

Nothing

We stayed in Villa 1 accessed through the hotel and positioned near the Garden Suites. 3 air conditioned bedrooms, large kitchen dining area, seating area, terrace and balcony off the master bedroom. It was everything we needed for a family of 5 giving us the space to relax. View from the balcony was lovely. We had the benefit of having the space and in a quiet location while able to use all the hotel facilities. Hotel staff were very friendly and professional and the hotel beautifully looked after. We loved it and will be back.

A couple more sofas in the living room would be better.

We loved the location, waking up every morning to the beautiful sea/beach views! The staff were friendly and we really enjoyed the family-sized room. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious, with a lovely, generous-sized balcony to enjoy! I also appreciated the clean lines and simplicity of the bathroom - the walk in shower was perfect for easily getting sand off our feet after a day at the beach! The cleaning staff in particular were great - so friendly and on top of their job! We also used and enjoyed the pool a lot.

Would’ve been nice if we didn’t have to purchase a pool towel, but this is a minor quibble given how much we enjoyed the hotel overall.

No available towels for the swimming pool ... only available if you buy ...

We had a lovely room which overlooked the pool. Very big and comfortable. This hotel has views to die for over the beach and across to the old town in Tossa de Mar. It was peaceful at night but very close to lively bars and lovely restaurants. One of the huge plus points was that there was always a sunbed if you wanted to lie by the pool and a chair if you want to sit at the bar or in one of the cool lounges inside. Fabulous.

The only thing that I do think could be improved upon at this hotel is to have a courtesy room for travellers with late flights home. We spent a lovely last day enjoying the pool and whilst the hotel does have a luggage room, there was no where for us to shower or to change into our travelling clothes.

The hotel villa enabled us to spend more time together than if we were in individual rooms so was perfect for our visit. The villa has 3 bedrooms all with very comfortable beds and two bathrooms, one of them an ensuite. The kitchen was a decent size with dishwasher and washing machine and good sized fridge freezer. There was a seating area outside.

A few things could make this villa perfect; Some solar lights in the garden. It was very dark at night so had to sit in the small terrace. A full length mirror Coffee making facility (we did ask at reception at night but think receptionists didn’t understand. However on checking out I mentioned it again and was told that there should be one in the villa and they will check why it’s not there)

This hotel is lovely. We had a beautiful sea view room - just loved the view from our balcony. The buffet breakfast was excellent - always fully stocked and so much choice. The drinks were good and the pool area was a nice place to relax with a drink after being out and about all day.

We ate in the hotel restaurant on one evening. The area in which we were sat had lovely views but was quite brightly lit and therefore lacked a romantic atmosphere. The staff were very attentive and efficient but this also meant that the gaps between courses were minimal and dining felt a bit too rushed.
