Rosamar & Spa 4*s

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the pools were very nice. We enjoyed the adults only area, which also had a pool and a huge terrace. The buffet was good with something for everyone, but nothing to write home about.

The hotel advertises itself as a 4 star hotel but in my book it is a 3/3.5 star. You don't have coffee/tea in your room, no drinking water so if you want to have these basic necessities you have to overpay for them at the hotel or go outside and pay the right price. They also charge a big fee for the safe in the room, which is a first for me in a 4star hotel or for that matter, in any hotel. Also we paid for a full board but tap water wasn't included. It felt strange that a 4 star hotel wouldn't provide drinking water.

The food awesome . Huge selection for both adults and children. Jamon, fuet, paella, many desserts, fruits, fish. Super. The beach is very close!

We bought a full board (three meals a day). Tea and coffee were available only for breakfast, for all inclusive it is always available. Paying for tea is no problem at all, but carrying a cup of tea from the other end of the hotel in paper cup that burn your fingers is extremely inconvenient. Please think about that.

We had an amazing time .Location is perfect on the beach ,which is gorgeous.Room was very spacious and clean with very comfortable beds.Outdoors area was lovely with clean pools and plenty of space to sunbathing and enjoy the weather.The big bonus was the spa fact and the indoor pool.I can’t praise enough the staff.They are humble people,working hard around the clock make sure everything is perfect.Always with a big smile on their face and ready to help .Just to mention Natalia and Valentina in the reception.The lady from the spa and all the staff from the restaurant who were amazing as well.Food was very nice and in abundance,and always something different every day .

The hotel had a lovely feel and the staff were super friendly . The prices to eat and drink are also quite reasonable. The location is just perfect and on the right side of town . There is a nice chilled adult area and good kids area with slides . The sea water pool was very nice .

The rooms felt very basic and not up the standard you would expect and one of the 3 rooms did not have fully operational AC . We did complain and it was temporarily fixed but then broke again . We were given a free family dinner at buffet . Although we went slightly out of session there was pretty much no nightly entertainment apart from in a dark room beside the adjoining cafe . This was disappointing.

Best location, very good breakfast (but see comments in other section) and excellent staff! On-site restaurant good and many good places around. Would definitely come back.

Long queues at the coffee machines, which are slow to use and over-complicated for some people (the touch screen type and in different languages) plus coffee not even good. Could be so easily sorted out by placing thermos-style pump coffee jugs on central tables for those who simply want a 'simple' coffee instead of cappuccinos, lattes etc. Especially considering that the less obvious parts of the breakfast to get right were so good! Lots of choice, good quality ingredients, even availability of different wines, service etc.

The room, bathroom and balcony(with street view) was excellent. Fridge was cool. Really effective shower with ,shampoo and conditioner (Argan oil - good for hair after sea and beach). Full length mirror in room. Any noise issues were swiftly and professionally dealt with by the staff after after a quick phonecall. It is a really good "family hotel" that tries to cater for everyone with plenty of outside areas to be able to relax and enjoy the sun.. Good value for money, especially when you add breakfast and dinner. Spot on location. Also, as solo traveller, I felt really comfortable and secure and slept well.) Thank you

Only one thing. The coffee at breakfast. It tasted really bitter. And I am only saying this because I stayed at the Hotel Rosamar Maxim for adults the week before (which is part of this local family owned hotels) and their coffee was lovely... I always had 2 cups every morning! My morning coffee is really important to me. However. I love their lemon/mint water.

A room with a view, the very friendly cleaning lady who cleaned our room every day with love, every day fresh towels, the restaurant, the pergola's with seaview, the fact that there is a fitness

we didn't know that we couldn't use the spa for free because we booked with booking, the pergola's with seaview are a very pleasant place execpt for the two big chimnies who gave a lot of unhealthy baking smoke all day long. Maybe they could be a little bit higher or with a filter or something? The parking in front of the hotel close to the sea could be on an other place...

I absolutely loved the location of this place. I also loved the vibe. The pool area was well spaced out and was easy enough to get a sunbed. The staff were lovely but I just think the Spanish are amazing anyway! We were leaving on an early flight and reception rang us to say they will open the restaurant and give us an early breakfast and turn on the coffee machine. It was so thoughtful. I didn't expect that at all. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of variety. We went swimming in the sea too. The beach is right by!

It's very hard to fault this hotel. We were in lloret de mar though back in April so a tip for travellers - the beach is manmade so it's very hard to walk on. We bought swimming booties off Amazon so used them to walk across into the sea. The water is beautiful!

The hotel had so many facilities: swimming pools of different sizes, lovely spa, sun loungers on the roof, different fitness classes every day, an entertainment programme every evening!!! The hotel is located in the heart of Lloret de Mar: close to the promenade for walks and the beach (sand+stones). There are landmarks on both sides of the promenade. The room is clean, large, comfortable and has everything you need. The restaurant can be rated 5+, very good food, different dishes every day. The hotel management and staff are very polite and friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel!!!

The hotel is great and has everything you need for a beach holiday.

I loved the salt water pool, it was amazing. Its the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel. The barhroom was a little bit small but the bedroom and balcony was big. The atmosphere was so good and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly fro the receptionist, the restaurant staff and the cleaning staff and canteen staff. I love this hotel hence the reason I have stayed here 3 times in total.

The small bathroom. My 17yr old son found that there wasnt enough variety of foods that he could choose from but I had enough variety personally.
