Ignore all bad reviews. This hotel was so pleasant and enjoyable. It was very clean. Location was perfect. Close to the town but not too close to be loud. Pool area was lovely. Hotel seems to cater to alot of young school groups but that was not a problem for us. The entertainment staff and evening entertainment was very good. We went all inclusive. Food was varied and very good. See below for drinks let down. Overall so enjoyable. No other English speaking guests. Was not a problem for us but incase people with kids want to know etc. Highly recommended this hotel for a budget few days away.

As I mention we went all inclusive which included drinks. We were extremely disappointed with the cocktails. The all inclusive cocktails were premade out of a machine but guests who didn't go all inclusive got freshly made cocktails. I understand cocktails are more expensive so in this case I would have rathered cocktails not be included in the package at all. Or I would have happily paid extra for a cocktail wrist band. Just a small aspect but very disappointing for cocktail lovers. All other alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages were perfect

Well first of all I have to say that when the girls at the reception arrive they are very nice and very friendly, they explain everything very well to you about all the areas of the hotel, about sustainability, the new restaurant that the Bosanova has just opened, the team is very attentive. When I entered the room, the room was very clean. We only had breakfast included and at night we didn't feel like going out, so we decided to have dinner at the hotel paying the supplement. We ate at the new restaurant in Bosanova and I have to say that for the most part We paid a 10 out of 10 for the food, the atmosphere, the waiters, the decoration of the restaurant, everything is very well thought out. Then at night we were in the hotel bar and the animation guys undoubtedly make your stay unforgettable, they have everything set up very well. We went down to have breakfast in the hotel restaurant and the breakfast is very rich and very attractive, they decorate it so well, the hotel knows that food has to attract apart from being good, and I have to emphasize the natural juices that they have are very tasty. I would return without a doubt. definitely a 3 star hotel.

It is difficult to find parking at the hotel.

The children loved the pool and the activities. The animation team were particularly friendly. It felt safe and sure with plenty for the children to do whilst still in sight of parents. The room we had was spacious and airy.

Nothing really. A busy hotel with a very diverse guest make up but all friendly and polite.

We loved the top floor refurbished room, balcony was great with amazing views, 2 rooms both ensuite. The food was really nice with lots of choices.

There were a few groups of young people, who weren't as well behaved as they should be, things we thrown off there balconies which were just above the entertainment area . The price of the parking at €22 per day

It exedeed our expectation,because we have read bad comments after making a reserve,So we thought we have no choice. But when we arrive it all exedeed our expectation,staff are Very Nice,they treat you right. Food is Great/decent for the Price.Staff in the RESTAURANT LLORET are Very nice & Approachable,And Kid Friendly. It has a Family Ambiance.Kid Friendly Hotel,because they have Lots of Activy for Kids,especialy water Activity.

NONE, but i think I have to say Something About the Air condition,it's not very Cool especially When your room is situated the Back Side.the Room has no roll-ups,so it doesnt block the suns heat.but when Evening comes its starting to cool down,so you can sleep very well.

The location is perfect. Very close to the centre. Within walking distance from beaches and shops. The food was good.

The room didn't have a kettle and coffee/tea. For the price paid I would have expected at least that.

The hotel invited us for complimentary dinner. It was so pleasant :)

There were too many people at breakfast and it was annoying. We couldn’t use the pool either because it was full of teenagers and we choose a beach :)

Very good service from the staff, breakfast very rich, big enough rooms. Installation kind of old modern would be nice to arrange some renovation any time soon, but everything is clean and functional. Bathtub!

Internet in the rooms are not included, spot in the reception area available for free.

The new Bosanova restaurante IS cool. I loved te pool area and then fantastic views. The hotel is very close to the centre but in a pleasent área
